8.4
Rooms are generally described as clean and well maintained, though housekeeping is done only on request for some guests and there are occasional reports of a strong cleaning-product/perfume scent.
Service

Staff are frequently noted as friendly and helpful, but there are multiple reports of unfriendly or impatient behaviour at reception and breakfast and at least one mention of missed guidance about room cleaning.
Location
7.8
Centrally located with excellent transport links (close to main station), but several guests report significant night-time train/road noise when windows are open.
Room Quality
8.8
Many reviewers praise spacious, well-equipped rooms and comfortable mattresses (good sleep). A few notes about squeaky beds and an uncomfortable third bed in some rooms.

Aprovado.Recomendo.
Pros:
