Overall excellent and staff attentive.
Pros:

Overall excellent stay, had an issue with the Shower door smashed unexpectedly in the night however the hotel were accomodating and apologetic. Food for breakfast great.

Cons:

Bar opening a bit earlier. Nothing much to do around the area without public transport or car. Would have been good to sit at the bar rather then buy at reception and sit.

Best Hotel Stay Ever.
Pros:

Everyone was friendly. Property was beautiful and convenient. Probably my best hotel stay ever. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons:

Fan did not work in bathroom. Reported it, but the fan was never repaired. My shower triggered the smoke alarm.

Great place to stay while visiting your LIU student
Pros:

Nice property. Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and nice to have coffee in the lobby every morning. The staff are all very nice and helpful. We have stayed here while visiting our daughter twice now.

Cons:

It doesn’t have much around it. No restaurants or convenience stores in walking distance

Inconvenient location I spent hundreds on Ubers and the food and drinks were very expensive considering the price of the room. Breakfast $20?

I saw a shuttle at one point but the ride to jfk cost me $100

Chambre spacieuse et confortable

Cons:

Restaurant fermé à 9:30pm alors que c’est mentionné 10pm . Repas peu qualitatif (nourriture et service) et seulement à emporter. Petit déjeuner insuffisant pour adolescents
