Um hotel muito antigo e sem atualização, pecando no mínimo de conforto.

Pronta resposta no aplicativo! Tive um problema com um outro hotel, fiquei sem opções e eles me responderam prontamente.

Cons:

Hotel precisando de reforma, camas velhas e desconfortáveis, meu primeiro quarto o frigobar não ligava, aí me colocaram num outro no qual o ventilador estava quebrado, pegaram um ventilador improvisado que não sustentou o calor, resumindo tive que dormir com a janela aberta sendo quase carregado pelos pernilongos e ainda sim com calor.
Não achei o valor correspondente com o que oferecem, tudo muito antigo, não recomendo, apelidamos de hotel transilvania.
O café da manhã é bom, e os funcionários que estavam de dia super educados.
Espero que melhorem e invistam mais para oferecer conforto! E através do desconforto acordei pra ver o nascer do sol, então nem de todo ruim foi. Boa sorte!

Não gostei nada da instalação a começar pelo Booking que informou ser Hotel mas chegando no local era pousada , me venderam local com Internet e não tinha, fiquei uma noite e saí pedindo reembolso. O qual ainda nso me passaram se nso resolver até smanha vou tomar providências aos Neusa direitos.

O acento do vaso sanitário estava quebrado e o clima estava muito quente, a pousada não possui ar condicionado, somente ventilador.
