Had a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

2nd stay at this place and have 2 more bookings for 2026. Great room, huge comfortable bed, glassed in balcony so doors can be slid open to allow air conditioning in. Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Location is perfect, close to the beach, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around.

A nice resort with friendly staff and good location.
Pros:

The property was in a good location,close to shopping and a few minutes walk to the beach. It was only a small resort and the staff were very friendly and helpful if needed.
The room that we ended up with was on the top floor where the pool was so it was very convenient for that.
I really liked the towels here, bathroom and pool towels were lovely and soft.
Washing machines are available to wash and dry at a cost of about $7.50.

Cons:

We arrived after 9.00 pm and we had booked a twin room, when checking in we were told that our twin room had been given to someone else and if we could wait 20 minutes another room would be made in to a twin. When we came back we were told that we could have a different room that didn’t have a balcony but it had a sofa! ( the sofa only had two back cushions instead of three).
This room was comfortable but noise from nearby bars was quite loud in the room at night.

Pleasant. Modern Bali stylee. Not for traditional Balinese lovers.

Cons:

Lack of traditional ambience. A little too slick/modern down to the self-advertising on the tv in the room. The breakfast buffet is for show only set up to focus on the à la carte menu.

A hidden gem with amazing staff, great restaurant, lovely clean rooms and a beautiful rooftop pool.
Pros:

Exceptional hotel with truly amazing staff, beautiful large clean rooms, great restaurant with delicious food, beautiful pool with great sun lounges and excellent facilities throughout the hotel. Very close to the beach and lots of shopping options close by.

Cons:

Nothing everything about this hotel is truly amazing. Check-in and Checkout, meals, rooms, pool and hotel facilities all perfect! Location is awesome and the staff are very attentive and truly amazing.

Perfect location, well maintained premises, large rooms and excellent staff
Pros:

We stay here every trip to Bali, perfectly located and staff go above and beyond to assist your need. This trip was a 20 night stay during which we did several multi night stays elsewhere using here as a base. Special mention to Oming at the front desk who ensued our stay was perfect

Great location, close to everything.
Stayed here a number of times now.
House keeping Yudi was lovely. Did a great job cleaning and would leave different towel animals each day.

Cons:

Aircon wasn't the coolest. Was dripping water onto floor. Advised reception they said they got someone to look at it but was no different

Everything! Our room was so large and comfortable, location was fantastic, so clean and water bubbler in the room was so great. Nothing was too much to ask, our room was fresh everyday!

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento es lo increíblemente amable y servicial que es todo el equipo de trabajadores , siempre con la mejor actitud y sonrisa . Especial mención a los chicos de la piscina en la azotea que es una delicia . El equipo de alimentos y bebidas y todos los que trabajan en recepción , pero si hubo una persona que destacó por su trato, cercanía y cariño a nosotros fue un joven empleado de recepción que se llama Yana, estuvo literal con nosotros y nos acompañó al taxi el día de salida hablándonos y deseándonos lo mejor en un inglés perfecto . Gracias Yana, eres un activo muy importante para la marca del hotel .

Gracias al equipo de limpieza que tuvo la habitación inmaculada . El colchón y las almohadas súper cómodas .

Cons:

Sólo un punto a mejorar en los desayunos , la parte de a la carta está muy bien pero la parte de bufé se podría mejorar bastante .

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we loved our stay here. The room was lovely, the breakfast was great (especially loved the a la carte option to compliment the buffet). Lovely staff made our stay extra special. When our little one was ill, they were so caring, and helpful. Location was excellent
