Perfect spot in Legian

It was the best relaxing holiday, I have had in a long time.
Pros:

I loved the location of Rama Residence Padma. Close to the beach, Garlic Lane and my favourite spot La Karma Spa. Our room was amazing. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the staff that serviced our room. The staff here were exceptional and couldn't do more for you. I have already booked again for next year, so can't wait to get back.

Cons:

The menu by the pool, it only offered deep fried stuff, there was no healthy options like rice paper rolls or a Caesar salad, nacho's or anything like that. It would be nice if the bar staff walked around and asked if anyone wanted anything to drink or eat as well.
Pool was slippery, a couple of guests fell into the pool whilst we were there and the staff didn't go over to see if they were ok. which was surprising.

Other than the huge construction project, we enjoy the property
Pros:

We like the property, and have stayed multiple times. Staff is lovely, clean property and close to the beach

Cons:

We were very disappointed in the construction going on that is directly next to the rooftop pool. It looks like a very big project and we will not stay there until that is completed.

Exceptional location, value for money and comfort
Pros:

Amazing staff. The rooms are massive, super quiet, modern, very clean and we absolutely loved having our own water dispenser in the room! Talk about a great location.

We would not choose this hotel again.
Pros:

Location to local restaurants and shopping.
Staff were friendly and rooms cleaned well.

Cons:

Location is great but it was spoilt by building construction next door. One room was facing the construction site.
No buffet breakfast and limited gluten free options on the menus.
No privacy at swimming pool with construction workers overlooking the pool.
We feel that we should have been advised of the construction works next door.

Pros:

Location was excellent, rooms modern and so clean very impressed

Cons:

I couldn’t get a late checkout for our flight as they were fully booked but were more than accommodating to let us stay and use facilities till our late taxi

Peaceful oasis in the heart of all the action
Pros:

Fantastic location, extremely friendly and helpful staff and clean and modern rooms. It is my second time here and will be back again. The manager welcomed us with a personal card and room upgrade.
