Pros:

This hotel is not worth the money. It’s very dirty and questionable service and security. Spend your money elsewhere.

Not quite a 3 Star. Won't Stay Here Again
Pros:

Bad experience. Held up checking in for at least 45 minutes because of problems between hotel and hotels.com.
Reception Staff very unfriendly.
Breakfast buffet good.
Room and bed not very comfortable.
Bathroom shower arrangement disfunctional. Entire toilet/bathroom space very choked and poorly laid out.

Surprisingly good
Pros:

It was surprisingly good. I enjoyed the room with the balcony. The complementary breakfast was fantastic. My only problem was with the water pressure from the shower. It was very low.

THE FACILITY AS A WHOLE LOOKING FROM OUTSIDE, LOOKS VERY IMPRESSIVE/BEAUTIFUL ..BUT THE ROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY. I WAS PLACED IN ROOM 503 ON THE FIFTH FLOOR. THE BED SHEET AND THE BED SPREAD WERE STAINED AND DIRTY. THE SHOWER ROOM VERY DIRTY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. MOST OF ALL THERE WAS A VERY BAD SMELL COMING OUT OF THE BATHROOM WASH BASIN LIKE THE SMELL ONE WOULD LIKEN TO AN OPEN GUTTER. IT A SHAME! I WANT A REFUND ASAP!
