Executive Inn Port Lavaca by OYO

Dilapidated, almost as if was a condemned hotel-Shoddily repaired
Took forever for the water to get hot
Complex infested with gnats, spiders, and even a scorpion I saw
Didn't have a working ice machine the two weeks I was there
Came in from eating on a Sunday night after getting in from work and the cleaning lady left my door wide open-I was done

I picked a room at Executive for my wife and sister in law. They called me at home and said they wouldn't stay there it was smelly and nasty. Ok. I picked a room at another establishment. Made them happy, a couple of bucks more. There wasn't a refund on the line so they jeld the key overnight in case someone else in the group needed a room, short notice.

Location, but will drive further next time to stay at a better hotel that is not infested with roaches.

Terrible

The front desk staff where very polite and helpful.
The room was clean and the place was quiet.
I will be booking at the Executive Inn in the future.

10/10 recommended

Its too much but i would never return. A rat ran from under the sofa. Roaches crawling at all times of day and night. Ice machine out of order. Bursting in the room without knocking.

No coffee in my room nor in their office.
Not very clean.

The trip was perfect

I loved coming here...always passed by here and finally came in! Rene was super friendly and served is well! The owner was super nice and initially took our orders. We stumbled upon a karaoke night. Food is well priced a d even the cook come out to see how everything was. Definite return! 5 stars!!! Thanks!!!!

Have stayed here a few nights while I was in town on some business and it's been a great little hotel. It's old and it shows, but its quirky and the rooms are clean and looked after. It is attached to a pub so it can get a bit noisy at night but not late into the night so you don't sleep. The staff has been friendly and nice and I would come back here again for sure

People are very friendly. And the staff are right there if you need anything. And we were up there for the biker convention one time, sweetest bunch of people you would ever want to meet!! I highly recommend you stay here

Love it. Crowd is family oriented. Might have a stragular here and there, but nothing crazy. Plus Thurs and Sat are karaoke night. I'm already sold.

Great food, staff and friendly atmosphere. The two pubs are really woodsy and has that nice relaxing mountain feel. plus there is a wheelchair accessible ramp.

The faucet in the shower didn’t work correctly I had to shower in either boiling hot or cold water. The lighting in the room was very dim. There was paint chips and bugs on the floor and the bed was very stiff. Not many channels on the tv to watch. The pictures on the app are very deceiving. It definitely was not the place in the pictures it was actually more run down.
