Bilik yang menarik dengan harga yang agak rendah, bilik air mesra wuduk dan sarapan pagi yang sedap
Pros:

Bilik mesra muslim. Disediakan pili untuk memudahkan yang beragama islam untuk berwuduk. Inisiatif pihak hotel yang paling terpuji. Disamping itu biliknya besar dan selesa.

Cons:

Lokasi agak jauh sedikit dengan kawasan tempat makan dan kedai-kedai jualan. Kalau datang dengan berkenderaan takda masalah.

Thank you for making my stay comfortable and memorable.
Pros:

I would likw to especially thank the hotel staff for the outstanding customer service! Every staff member was welcoming, courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Check in was smooth. Speacial thanks to one of the male staff members (picture attached) who assisted our group during our stay. His profesionalism, kindness and willingness to help made a lasting impression. Thank all the hotel staff for warm hospitality and always greeted guests with smile. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Middle of town. Room was big.

Cons:

Wrong timing i guess. Arrived in miri and the hotel had no water supply for 1st two days of stay. Was just given some mineral water bottles to compensate the no water supply. As a hotel, I feel the management should be more proactive in managing the water crisis rather than the staffs answering " whole miri there is no water supply."

Breakfast is ok but not much choice, the hotel location strategic which walking distance to the UTC and police station.

I would stay overnight on my own but I wouldn’t come as a family until they update the rooms.
Pros:

For the price you pay it is reasonable value.

Cons:

The hotel is old and the rooms are tired, carpets are in need of a good clean the shower door leaked so the bathroom floor was flooded after each shower. And for some reason although there is electrical cables each side of the bed going into a bedside table there were no sockets meaniyou had to unplug a kettle or a lamp to charge your phone.

Pros:

Room was spacious. Clean. Housekeeping staff are very friendly.

Cons:

During my last stay in the hotel, the toilet was blocked. I reported to the housekeeping, but it was not fixed when I went back to my room. It was quite disappointing.
