Pros:

room clean, and facilities and staff was good.

Cons:

During breakfast service, the staff at the counter displayed an unfriendly and dismissive attitude. The interaction appeared discourteous and gave the impression of discriminatory behavior, which was not appropriate for a hospitality environment.

Nachher besser als Anfangs
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren groß und es gab mehr als ausreichend Platz.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und frisch.
Auf Wunsch können jeden Tag die Zimmer gemacht werden.
Die Betten waren bequem und sehr groß.

Cons:

Als wir das Zimmer bezogen hat es sehr muffig und nach feuchtem Keller gerochen. Der Teppichboden war klamm.
Das hat sich aber nach ein paar Tagen gelegt.
Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen um mal durchzulüften.

Although it is a old hotel, it is well maintained...excellent ..keep it up..

"room", 3-point-power- plug only one, lucky I brought extension cable, catered for laptop & h-phone chargers; toilet shower towel small & thin...
"bed", blanket not thick enough...
"breakfast" Laksa Sarawak...local signature dish - not served, a bit disappointed...
Lift...display panel ..confusing - poor visual & got to touch several times for it to work
