Pros:

Room air cond was right temperature

Cons:

F&B, Day shift oorman needs to smile, greet, speaks. Night shift doorman was friendly & chatty.

Housekeeping team superb. Room was clean, stock up.

Coffee house staff werent sales oriented and lacks custmer service.. It was 4pm but we were told they are busy for dinner ... seriously. Tables was empty ...pure laziness.

Front Office lacks friendlyness ... no greet, no smile except for staff who assisted with my checkout - greeted with a nod and smile.

Hotel is badly in need of upgrading, renovation.
