Hotel accogliente e particolare.... camera molto ampia, posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi.

Dame an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft war freundlich und hat uns viele Tips gegeben.

Cons:

Habe mich von der pinken Fassade auf den Bildern blenden lassen.Einrichtung spießig und altbacken dunkle scheußliche Blumentapete, nichts passt zusammen. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss an einem Durchgang. Lage sehr nahe an der Notaufnahme des Krankenhauses- die ganze Nacht Lärm von Rettungswagen mit Martinshorn. Die Dame am zweiten Tag an der Rezeption war leider ziemlich patzig. Der eigentliche Grund für die schlechte Bewertung war allerdings die Mitarbeiterin die das Frühstück am letzten Tag zubereitet hat. Da gerade kein Tisch frei war (Geschirr nirgends abgeräumt) sie aber gerade in der Küche beschäftigt war wies sie uns sehr unfreundlich an wir müssten jetzt mal 5 min warten. Für uns kein Problem kurz im Frühstücksraum rumzustehen. Nach kurzer Zeit kam sie aus der Küche räumte die Tische hektisch mit lautem Getöse ab und knallte uns dann die Teller u das Besteck so auf den Tisch, dass dieser wackelte-die anschließend dermaßen unfreundliche Abfrage was wir bestellen wollten war wirklich unverschämt und passt in keinem Fall zu den laminierten Zettelchen die überall im Hotel herumliegen mit Sprüchen wie „have a lovely day“ oder „have it magic at Asteria“ Auf so eine Magie kann ich echt verzichten !!!! Nie wieder Hotel Asteria !!!

gerne wieder in dieses charmante Hotel in der lebendigen und schönen Stadt!

Cons:

Schlecht und teuer war die Parksituation: Es gab keine preiswerten oder kostenfreien Parkplätze am Hotel; so wie es in der Beschreibung, booking.com suggeriert wurde. Die vom Hotel gezeigten "preiswerten" Parkplätze am Bahnhof gibt es nicht mehr, da aktuell eine Baustelle! Andere angepriesene und preiswerte Parkplätze in der Nähe das Hotels waren deutlich teurer als angezeigt. Wir haben für eine Nacht (ca. 22:00 - 10:00) 36€ gezahlt!!! Die preiswerteste und beste Möglichkeit ist es - wenn ein Platz frei - vor dem Hotel zu parken aber das geht offiziell nur für 4h tagsüber und ist auch teuer! Theoretisch muss dann das Auto nach 4h weggesetzt werden. Am Besten nicht mit dem PKW anreisen aber das wäre bei uns nicht gegangen. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür, hätte das aber besser und ehrlicher beschreiben können. Aber insgesamt, sehtr nettes Haus!

Clean, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast.
Great location - 15 mins to old town and 10 mins to main bus station - ideal if you are on foot and using public buses. Hotel is next to a Sixt office if you wanted to hire a car.

A perfect spot to discover Ljubljana

Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the full breakfats to location, to clean and thoughtfully decorated room. You could see the personal touches and care in every little things.

Good value & good location!
Pros:

Our double room was small but comfortable & we liked the little seating area with coffee/tea supplies. Great, cooked to order breakfast, with fruits & mini-croissants always available in the lobby. Good location - 15 mins walking distance to bus/train station & to the old town.
