Staff molto gentile e molto disponibile, bagno ampio e comodissimo, tutto pulitissimo; posizione sul mare e comoda per escursioni giornaliere
l'esposizione della stanza (sul retro): lo spazio esterno della stanza a mio avviso dovrebbe essere reso "meno comunicante" con la strada e con i piani superiori, anche reso più gradevole (magari qualche pianta tipo pomelia);
Sebbene su booking avessi letto colazione inclusa, di fatto dopo aver pagato , la colazione aveva un costo a parte (non credo che questo sia imputabile al resort)
La vicinanza al mare e la possibilità di usare la piscina.
Servizio al lido ottimo, ombrellone incluso nel prezzo di soggiorno con tanto di teli puliti ogni giorno.
Staff sempre gentilissimo e accogliente
Anfang Juni war noch wenig Betrieb bei bereits sehr heißen Tages-Temperaturen und angenehm erfrischendem klarem Meerwasser. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Funktionierende Klimaanlage. Netter Pool, auch wenn die Wasserqualität mit dem Meer nicht mithalten kann.
Nichts - kein Lärm, kein gestresstes Personal in der Vorsaison.

The food I had from the pool bar and one evening at the restaurant were fine. The waiter Antonio was very kind.
The communication with the staff is very hard, almost no one speaks enough english for checkin (I was cheked into the wrong room and had to move later), information concerning sunbeds (one person said no reservation was needed, another told me to leave since I had not reserved), ordering food from the pool bar or even asking for a towel.
When trying to order from the restaurant the staff insists on the app, but no one is capable of telling which app, no QR codes for downloading it. You have to guess it on your own or go through google maps to the restaurant website. The QR code in the rooms will show you the menu but not the possibility to order online.
No one explains the policy on sunbeds. I was told to leave a chair because I had no reservation. The lady told me to stand up and she would check where I could sit (the pool area was almost empty and there were at least 20 free sunbeds). 10 minutes later no response, I went to sit on the beach (apparently on the sand it is free and requires no reservation).
For checking out the receptionist refused giving me a bill or precise what was being charged for. I insisted 4 times to check what was I being charged but she kept saying it was only 70€.
The staff was incredibly patient with the language difference and was always polite and professional

Unfortunatelly nothing, very bad room and location.
Disgusting view, bad location, dirty surrounding. The room was terrible, loud refrigerator... We had to park on a sand and felt very unsafe. Breakfast was quite poor too.
Dejlig hotel med store værelser og flot udsigt. Stranden og poolen er også flot.
Hotel giver desværre en elendigt service. Ingen taler et ord engelsk, 'bagnino's' er super uvenligt, dårligt tone og opførsel.
Kommunikation ift mange husregler er ekstrem dårligt. Man føler sig rigtigt uvelkommen som ikke-italiener.
Skønt hotel, direkte på stranden, udsigten fuldstændig formidabel.
meget lille by, nærmest ingen spisemuligheder, dog nogle købmænd, med lækre lokale råvarer.
stranden er med sten, så det er en god ide at have badesko på.
Er du ikke til turister i massevis, så er dette stedet, her er nærmest kun lokale turister.
