Avevo cose da fare fino alle 20:30 non riuscivo ad arrivare a fare il check-in prima.. mi chiama un signore e mi di che che è venerdì e alla 18:00 lui chiude e io non posso fare più il check-in …

Sono cliente da molti anni e questa è l’ultima volta che soggiorno da loro …
Poi se esci di notte la porta principale si chiude e poi devi chiamare un numero per aprire e ti chiedono cosa fai di notte fuori .. come se fossi obligato a stare chiuso in hotel di notte ..
la proprietaria una signora anziana che ti impedisce pure di vedere gente in hotel …. Evitate

Highly recommended base to explore the town and surrounding area.
Pros:

Convenient central location with parking. Exceptional service from kind and attentive staff. Good breakfast in a lovely room. Beautiful and ample lounge area. Free Prosecco and nibbles on day of arrival (nice touch). Rooms a little small but well equipped and comfortable. Very good restaurant / pizzeria (La Torre) recommended by staff nearby. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. We were well looked after.

Cons:

The entry to the hotel parking area is not easy and could be better signposted or explained beforehand. The parking area itself is very good and convenient.

Excellent old Italy hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Excellent service. Excellent after-hours service. Breakfast was great. We had our very own table with our name on it every morning. I cannot say enough about the expresso and the food service. Room Service was excellent. Very warm feeling from the owners. The location was great as you had access to lots of food and ice cream. The market in the town square was a plus as well.

Cons:

Room was very hot upon arrival. That was the only thing we did not like about the room. Everything else was fine.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Das Heiz-/Klimasystem im Zimmer war extrem laut, sodass man es nachts ausschalten musste, um überhaupt schlafen zu können. Dadurch wurde das Zimmer jedoch ab Donnerstag sehr kalt.

Als ich freundlich darum bat, die Heizung wieder zu aktivieren, reagierte die Besitzerin sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv. Statt professionell mit meiner Anfrage umzugehen, begann sie mit mir zu diskutieren und machte mir Vorwürfe. Auch ein Mitarbeiter verhielt sich später unangemessen und diskutierte ebenfalls mit mir.

So sollte man Gäste nicht behandeln.

Zusätzlich wirkten die Zimmer und insbesondere die Badezimmer alt und renovierungsbedürftig.

Insgesamt leider keine angenehme Erfahrung. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen.
