Pros:

Odalar çok temiz ferah yataklar nevresimler temiz ve yeniydi. Balkonlu odada kaldık ev hissi verdiği için ayrıca beğendik. Spa küçük ama güzeldi genel olarak 2 günlük gezimiz için çok memnun kaldık.

Pros:

The rooms are a really good size and felt luxurious and were very clean - good refreshing daily too. The location was nice as we wanted to walk a bit into town and the walk was along the river.

Cons:

Some reception staff weren't particularly warm and felt like they weren't too quick to help, eg when we wanted a taxi to the airport. Check in took a long time. The hotel has an outdoor space backing onto the river which wasn't open and that was a shame because it would have been really nice. If that was open it would have meant we could have accessed the river path easier too. Perhaps this is because we visited just before peak summer season.

Dizajn hotela sjajan, menadzment los!
Pros:

Prostor je veoma lep, hotel sjajno dizajniran, soba velika, lepa. Krevet udoban. Restoran takodje jako lepo izgleda.

Cons:

Osoblje hotela neljubazno. Pri samom dolasku u hotel osetite hladnocu, uzdrzanost, sto nije svojstveno Makedoncima! Ali to se pokazalo i kasnije u restoranu, stvarno sam bila iznenadjena da morate da platite dodatno ukoliko zelite jaja na oko. Hotel se reklamira da je SPA zona. Da li mozete da verujete da je bazen u spa centru sa ledenom vodom? Po podovima razbacani peskiri, cudne devojke, asocijacija je na nesto drugo, ne na pristojan hotel.
Zaboravila sam jaknu u hotelu, zvali smo bezuspesno nekoliko puta, kada smo konacno dobili nekoga receno je javice nam se. Niko nas nije zvao. Kada sam pozvala ponovo izvinjavali su se i rekli da jakna nije u hotelu. Nemoguce! Nijedan menadzment hotela te kategorizacije ne bi sebi ovo sve dozvolio! Jako mi je zao zbog svega, jer sam jako volela da dolazim u Makedonju. I obozavam ljude tamo, ali ovo su nedopustive stvari!
