Solid for short business stay
Pros:

Solid hotel for business travelers, nice and comfortable rooms, walking distance from downtown town Skopje

Cons:

Only one elevator serving six floors - one has to wait unreasonable long so use the stairs at least when going down, even though I booked the room without using the spa the staff did not offer wellness and spa use as a hotel guest, the access to hotel by car is a bit twisted and jammed with parked cars on the access road, the hotel only does valet parking - no possibility to self park the car in the hotel parking, ware and outdated details on the room are visible but not fixed, the food choice for breakfast seems various but as the morning hours pass the choice narrows down and the used foods are not replenished, receptionist forgot to provide the restaurant discount voucher and free drink on check in, etc… all small details which can mean a lot…

Le luci che non si spegnevano (hanno dovuto abbassare l’interruttore generale delle luci in stanza) e per tutta la notte un rumore proveniente dal quadro elettrico davvero fastidioso

Страхотно място за настаняване, с добра храна и обслужване!
Pros:

Спа зоната беше уединена и не много натоварена ! Обслужването в хотела е повече от страхотно особено в ресторанта, специални похвали към сервитьорите!

Cons:

В ресторанта трябва да има дрес код( имаше гости на хотела, които бяха слезнали на вечеря с дрехи подобни на пижами)! На закуска имаше кучета които не спираха да лаят, а стопаните очевидно не знаеха как да се справят с проблема!

Pros:

Manzarası harika

Cons:

Asansör bozuk mu ne tuhaf sesler çıkartıyor.
Toz vardı ve yerde diş ipi vardı.
Otoparkı ek ücretliydi. Otopark olsa iyi olurdu

Cons:

Spa centar nema ograničenje broja gostiju koji koriste isti u datom terminu, a prostor u spa centru nije veliki. Spa centar nije radio 2 dana (4 sam odsela u hotelu) i prestao je da radi bez prethodne najave osoblja.

The hotel and room cleanliness can be considered good, although the room was a bit dusty. Apart from that, a desk and chair were placed in the room, creating a very nice office-like environment. Those who come for work can comfortably work under suitable conditions.
Additionally, the hotel has a good location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the central Stone Bridge, and being right next to the river is also a nice advantage in terms of location.
