Koselig og rolig hotell med fin beliggenhet
Pros:

Hotellet er fint og ligger kort gåavstand til selve bykjernen. Rommene var koselige, og vi likte spesielt balkongen/verandaen, som vi tilbragte mye tid på! Frokosten var god og hotellpersonalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi benyttet ikke oss av spamulighetene, men så ut som om folk koste seg der.

Cons:

Litt slitent hotell. Var bare en krok til å henge opp ting på badet, noe som var litt vanskelig siden vi hadde fire håndklær som trengte å henges opp, så vi måtte bruke stangen til kleshengerne til å henge de opp til tørk. Safen på rommet vårt fungerte ikke, men var ikke et problem siden vi ikke hadde tenkt å bruke den. Kjøleskapet var også avslått når man var ute av rommet, så var vanskelig å holde ting kaldt, men dette er en bagatell.

Det var et virkelig lækkert hotel. Gode store flotte værelser og lækker morgenmadsbuffet

Cons:

Vi havde spa inkluderet alle 4 dage men 3 af dagene var vandet iskoldt grundet rengøring. Lidt ærgerligt det skulle tage så lang tid men vi havde et skønt ophold alligevel

Odalar temizdi. Kavhaltida.güzeldi helal ürünler kullanıyorlar türk damak tadına da dikkat etmişler...

Cons:

3 kisi icin rezervasyon yaptirdik cocugumuz vardi park yatak istedik ve ellerinde olmadigini soyledirler koca tesis 1 tane bile park yatak yoktu. Battaniye istedik 2 günde geldi.

In general hotel was ok, clean and equiped with almost all facilities you might need, except super unproffessional staf.

Cons:

I had two upseting experiences. I have asked the hotel staff in advance about the parking, again when we I arrived I informed and asked them if its ok to leave the car in front of the hotel and they said yes. When I asked about the payment, they said dont worry you pay at the checkout, however in the morning I found a ticket from e public parking with an extra fee and nobody from hotel staff worried about it. Cherry on top, at midnight I received a call from reception saying that the guy is asking you to bring lost sunglases and money 😄. When I said how do you know that they are looking for me, she said no I was just assuming and closed the phone. I called them again to clarify the situation and the lady said it was her mistake and nobody was looking for me.

Never ever would I come back

Cons:

Breakfast is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel (you pay e.g. extra for an omelette…); big party hosted by the hotel bar under my balcony until 1am and no one informed me before (I had previously requested a quiet room when I booked). Requested a refund (only for that night!) which was declined by the hotel immediately. Staff justified instead of trying to find a solution…
