Vacaciones de Relax y Sauna
Pros:

Nos encantó la Sauna, y el gimnasio. el desayuno estaba muy bien y la ubicación estaba a 15 minutos andando del centro. el trato del personal fue excepcional y la limpieza cumplió altamente las expectativas.

Cons:

El spa estaba genial, aunque igual se quedaba un pelín pequeño en algunas horas/días, al igual que el gimnasio; en cuanto a las instalaciones de este echamos en falta alguna opción de piscina climatizada/Jacuzzi

Cons:

I have absolutely no idea how this property is 5 star. I have stayed in much nicer 2 star hotels. Upon check in the two members of staff at reception didn’t speak any English, so we had to wait for a third member of staff to come before we were able to check in. We requested additional items in the room (toilet paper and tea bags), these took over three hours to be brought to the room, and even then they didn’t bring the correct items. There was a lot of dust underneath the desk and there were crumbs from previous guests down the sofa, so there is definite cleanliness issues. The walls and windows are paper thin, so you can hear every bit of noise from outside the property, in the hallway, and neighbouring rooms. The walls of the room were scratched, dinted, chipped and just not at all representative of a 5 star hotel. But worst of all was the bathroom, the ceiling was borderline falling down, with all of the plaster coming away. I have never seen so much mould in my life on the ceiling of the bathroom, it was horrific. And the toilet roll holder is capable of doing a 360 degree spin beside it isn’t secured correctly at all. Do not book here - you will be severely disappointed. Choose another hotel I beg you. If I ever return to Skopje I would avoid this hotel at all costs

Gutes Hotel mit gravierenden Mängeln (Rutschiges Spa und Elektrik)
Pros:

Lage ist ganz gut, direkt am Park und in 10 Minuten ist man im Stadtzentrum über die Uferpromenade.
Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel.
Das Gym ist groß und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Fließen im Spa sind nicht nur rutschig, sondern lebensgefährlich! Auch wenn man vorsichtig ist, kommt man kaum ohne Hinfallen durch den Raum. Meine Frau hat es richtig übel hingelegt, sie hat 5 Tage später immer noch Schmerzen.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Das Licht im Flur ließ sich nicht ausschalten. Aber kaum verwunderlich, wenn man in den Sicherungskasten schaut - siehe Bild. Ebenso nicht verwunderlich, dass es eines Abends einen Feueralarm im Hotel gab.
Das schlimmste daran ist aber, dass trotz Reklamation das Problem nicht gelöst wurde und wir weitere 2 Nächte mit eingeschaltetem Licht schlafen mussten.

Im Flur hat es öfter nach Rauch gerochen.
