Ok for a short stay 3 nights
Pros:

The place was near city center 15 min walk. Staff tried to solve all problems!

Pro: big room; parking near hotel, comfortable room

Cons:

Negative: only one baby chair in the restaurant easy to solve!, in my room the seif wasn't working and the third bed very low quality.. I cook not sleep in it and I am not a big guy. The buffet in the morning was the same without anything new!

Mooie hotel met leuke sfeer.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers met goede voorzieningen. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook gegeten in het restaurant wat prima was. Personeel erg beleefd en vriendelijk. Mooie uitzicht op het Vardar meer.

Cons:

Kamer was volgende dag niet voldoende schoon gemaakt.

The hotel is very nice and close to the city center. Since we had a very early flight, the staff kindly prepared breakfast for us in a lunch box.”

The staff was helpful and the location excellent.

Cons:

My room was not at all as expected. It had not been updated as had the same priced room that my friend had. The shower leaked onto the floor and the room clearly needed new furnishings. I could not adjust the air conditioning and the bedroom was too hot at night. Lastly, the staff could not explain our receipts when we checked out. Luckily for all, the hotel did charge our credit cards as we had planned so there was not a significant problem.

Close to the wedding venue.

Cons:

The overall cleaning of the room was a disaster. No paper, no water, no schampoo.

The breakfast was far away from what I expect from a 5-star hotel.

First you need to pay for the parking (as a guest of the hotel), second the car-tires gets damaged, we contact the hotel twice via email, still no response. Its been nearly 1,5 months.

When you pay this amount of money, you expect more.

Not suitable for families with children – very disappointing experience

In my opinion, this hotel is not suitable for families with children The hotel's policy regarding children is very confusing and, in practice, does not match what was presented on Booking.com.

The main problem is that there is no separate swimming pool for children or families. The swimming pool is located inside the spa area. On Booking.com, the hotel states that children are allowed to swim. However, on the hotel's own website, it is clearly stated that children are not allowed to enter the spa area. This is extremely confusing because the swimming pool itself is part of that same spa area.

The hotel therefore seems to be presenting two contradictory policies: on Booking.com, children appear to be welcome to use the swimming pool, while on the hotel's own website, children are prohibited from entering the area where the swimming pool is actually located. Based on our experience, the reality was much closer to the second policy: children did not feel welcome there at all.

This made me feel that the information on Booking.com was misleading and designed to attract more families with children,

During our visit, the spa employee told that children , you were not really allowed to swim normally and could only sit quietly in the pool without making noise. She even complained about the normal sound of water splashing caused by swimming !
The most frustrating part was the lack of professionalism.The spa staff member was extremely rude and made children feel very unwelcome , she herself was shouting at the children and creating uncomfortable atmospher

here was also another issue when we checked out. We were required to pay an additional 1,200 Macedonian denars, which the hotel described as a tourist tax. This charge was unexpected and was not clearly disclosed to me when I made the reservation through Booking
