Great stay, would stay again
Pros:

Loved the maisonette, very cosy with plenty of space. I would recommend that a couch might be better than the two chairs downstairs for comfort levels, I found myself spending most of my time in the bed as the chairs weren't easy to curl up in. The skylight and windows were great although I visited in winter so it was cold out.

La gentillesse du staff
L’emplacement de l’hôtel, on a tout fait à pied
La chambre

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue la nuit car l’hôtel est en face de plusieurs bars (demander une chambre à l’arrière)
Le lavabo de la salle de bain trop petit (pour me laver le visage, je mettais de l’eau partout)

Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach super. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Tolles veganes Frühstück, klein aber absolut frisch und ausreichend. Keine" Massen ware" es wird jederzeit nachgefüllt. Es gibt kleine Teller, kleine Schüsseln, absolut Klasse.Tolle Atmosphäre beim Frühstück, ruhig und nicht überfüllt. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich, wie in einem Wohnzimmer. Tolles Haus, mit einem klasse Konzept.
Die Lage ist super, was man aber wissen sollte, das Haus liegt in einem Ausgehviertel. Nachts kann es laut werden, bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man "fast" nichts.

Pros:

It was a very noisy region, and I would not have liked to be a single female staying here and going out at night. There was broken glass outside and a lot of young people. The community kitchen was fantastic though.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower during the day and no air conditioning. As it was very noisy outside, you had to choose between being uncomfortably hot or not sleeping due to the noise.

hotel is ok, but a bit too expensive for what it offers
Pros:

Stylish hotel, many bars & restaurants close by.

Cons:

Neighbourhood is not very clean, roof light + shutter closed somehow automatically in the middle of the night with quite some noise, no coffee/tee making facilities in the room, shower door did not close well (whole bathroom floor became wet)
