Fast wie nach Hause kommen - extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein wunderschönes Ambiente
Pros:

Selten habe ich so aufmerksame, freundliche und offene Mitarbeiter erlebt! Das Libertine ist ein außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Haus, der Eingangsbereich/ Bar, das Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsküche unter dem Dach sind sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Alt-Sachsenhausen ist ein belebtes Viertel, in dem wir uns auch Nachts als alleinreisende Frauen nicht unwohl gefühlt haben.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nur bis 23 Uhr besetzt. Ich rate deshalb dringend zu einer rechtzeitigen Anreise. Der digitale Schlüssel über JustIn hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. Weder das Hotel noch Booking waren per Telefon oder WhatsApp zu erreichen und wir standen vor einer verschlossenen Tür. Deshalb mussten wir mitten in der Nacht ein anderes Hotel suchen. Am nächsten Tag wurde die erste Nacht aber unkompliziert storniert und wir bekamen für die zweite Nacht ein Upgrade in ein größeres Zimmer.

Pros:

We loved the location in a very quaint, quiet part of the city. It was walkable to all the areas we wanted to see. The staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

We, unfortunately, had to change rooms when we were there. That is something we have never had to do before in all of our travels. Our first room was a loft style. The stairs leading up to the sleeping area were very narrow and steep. After one night, we realized that going up and down, in the night, was a real safety hazard for us. They changed our room without any issues. The second room was a much nicer set up.

Hotel mitten in der Partymeile. Schlechte Anbindung zu den Museen. Kein Gepäckraum!!
Pros:

Extravagantes Hotel mitten in der Partymeile. Die Fenster waren schalldicht. Das Frühstück ging gerade so. Im obersten Stock gibt es eine Küche mit Kühlschrank. Gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Kein Raum für die Gepäckaufbewahrung! Der Koffer stand im Gang! In der Umgebung haben die Lokale um 5 Uhr morgens Sperrstunde. Da spielt die Fußgängerzone keine Rolle. Die Museen sind mit Öffis schwer zu erreichen.

Hübsch und tolles Personal, aber leider laute Gegend
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Zimmer sind hübsch und die Betten mit verschiedenen Kopfkissen sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zwar anbindungstechnisch sehr gut, allerdings liegt es in Alt-Sachsenhausen im Ausgehviertel und da wird insbesondere im Sommer sehr laut bis morgens früh. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man die Musik.
Das Gebäude hat leider keine Klimaanlage, so dass es ziemlich heiss in den Zimmern war.

We enjoyed our stay and will return when in Frankfurt again.
Pros:

This hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms clean and spacious, and the common kitchen area exceptionally appointed. The beds are really comfy and the towels large and soft. It has a luxury feel to the place. Loved it!

Cons:

The location is not central and is in the nightclub area so can be noisy at night. Having said that, the walk across the river to the centre of the city was pleasant and the double glazed windows once closed kept the noise out.

Individuell gestaltet, grundsätzlich schönes Design.
Service war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Veganes Frühstück kann sehr gut sein - hier war es wirklich schlecht! Wenig Auswahl, Brot/Brötchen - Aufbackqualität - permanent vergriffen. Wir haben dann auswärts gefrühstückt. Zur Lage und Lautstärke kann das Hotel nichts. Parken an einem Samstagabend extrem schwierig, da auch die Parkhäuser in der Nähe ausgebucht sind.
