Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several things that could have been better. The fitness room floor was dirty, and the pool water was cloudy, tasted salty, and seemed to have a lot of chlorine. There were also no towels stocked at the pool when we needed them.

Our room was booked for four people, but there weren’t enough towels provided for everyone. It would also be helpful to have paper cups available in the room.

The complimentary breakfast was disappointing and could definitely be improved. I also think hot chocolate should be available for kids as part of the free breakfast instead of having an extra charge.

The stay could have been much more enjoyable with better cleanliness, proper stocking of basic supplies, and a few improvements to the breakfast and pool area.

The staff were really nice and efficient.

Cons:

The air con was broken, the room looked clean until you actually looked. The rooms were scattered and it was hard finding the room and the building its self was a maze.

Bfast was continental first night in lobby but good in restaraunt following days. Staff very friendly and helpful
