Everything was just fine, but the stand out was the staff. So friendly and helpful. From checkin to the restaurant staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. Made the place sparkle.

Very comfy and also staff were very friendly and were willing to accommodate us as I had my wife go for surgery they helped us a lot and were very good

Front desk staff member was very kind.

Cons:

Requested early check in. Did not get it. Hot tub not working. Wrong room had to be switched as there was only one bed. No hot water the first night. Room was so dry and cold no matter how much you turned up heat. Staircase outside was so slippery broken and dangerous almost fell numerous times.

Very convenient for travel with a dog. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access for potty breaks for the dog. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again
