Wir waren froh das wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben

Die Lage war gut und das wir wieder gehen konnten.

Cons:

Personal mässig freundlich. Keine Koffer Abstellraum. Sauberkeit war nicht so gut. Kissen waren sehr unbequem. Es wurde in der Nacht komisch laut hin und wieder als wäre eine Baustelle im Hotel oder eingebrochen und das mehrmals. Die Bilder bei Booking.com entsprachen nicht wirklich der Realität.

Wi-Fi inesistente, problemi con l’acqua calda e servizi insufficienti

Camera pulita, reception sempre aperta

Cons:

La vasca era scomoda e poco igienica: aveva solo una tenda che finiva sotto i piedi durante la doccia e la base interna era molto macchiata, dando una pessima impressione di pulizia. Lo scarico era lentissimo, così l’acqua ristagnava mentre ci si lavava, costringendo a fare la doccia con i piedi immersi nell’acqua sporca.

In camera mancavano servizi basilari: non c’erano prese vicino al letto e le uniche due prese presenti erano lontane e con standard francese, quindi impossibile usare prese italiane o schuko.

Il problema più grave è stato il Wi-Fi: su Booking è indicato come disponibile in tutta la struttura, ma al quinto piano la rete non compariva proprio. Siamo rimasti tutto il soggiorno (6 giorni e 5 notti) senza Wi-Fi. Il problema è stato segnalato più volte alla reception ma non è stato risolto.

Il secondo giorno è anche finita completamente l’acqua calda mentre la mia ragazza era sotto la doccia. Ci è stato detto che sarebbe tornata dopo 30 minuti, ma non è successo e ha dovuto finire la doccia con acqua fredda. Io invece non ho potuto farmi la doccia quella mattina.

Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il direttore, ma nessuno ci ha contattato né ha offerto soluzioni.

Infine la vista sulla Torre Eiffel pubblicizzata è molto fuorviante: si vede solo sporgendosi dal balcone e in modo molto laterale.

camera sporca abbiamo trovato un pezzo di prosciutto crudo sulla sedia, la moquettes sporchissima prese non funzionanti bagno molto piccolo super rumorosa nelle foto dalla finestra si vede la torre Eiffel, spoiler la Torre Eiffel non si vedeva, ma la vista era interna. peccato non ho foto.

В остальном - это здание надо снести или сделать генеральный ремонт объеденив несколько номеров в один на каждом этаже

Cons:

Улучшить надо вообще все

1. Номера крайне маленькие
2. Мы жили в номере 53 и там отвратительно воняло плесенью
3. Потолок в подтеках от протечек воды
4. В номере всего одна розетка
5. Кровать нужно заменить- матрас в непонятных развода
6. Окна очень грязные - видно что их не мыли очень давно

7 min walk to the Eiffel tower. Metro station is a 4 min walk. Nearby restaurants & shops around. Bed was comfortable. Room is clean & staff were exceptional.
