Персонал был всегда готов помочь, Мужчина очках на ресепшене особенно помог нам. Не было точек чтобы заряжать телефон, а он одолжил удлинитель. Есть возможность оставить чемоданы на ресепшене и прогуляться до chek-in.

Cons:

Нет точек удобных для зарядки телефона. 1 на всю комнату и то находится у входной двери, а 2ой на высоте 2 метров где телевизор. Если у вас 2 телефона уже проблема заряжать телефон. Позднее заселение(((. Было много номеров где нет людей но мы ждали до 14:00
