The rooms were not properly represented in their photos as the property was under renovation. Our floor was being remodeled had no flooring only ply boards and the paint smell was so overwhelming it was making my husband sick and we were traveling with Marie Dieckmann and her roommate Janie Grubbs who is almost 80 and has asthma and she was so sick from the smell. I had no choice but to check put to s new hotel that i booked on booking.com for all 4 of us for the additional room cost of $1,000 for a room thst we paid for. We checked in on 4-4 after 3 and checked out on 5/5 at 2:45. I spoke yo the hotel representative and told him why we had to leave. He offered s room on another floor but given we were on floor 2 and Marie was on floor 4 moving floors was not a viable option. The hotel rep said he would let management know to see about a refund which i have not heard anything about. Given we paid for rooms in good faith and the property was not livable due to the construction underway i only think the right thing to do is refund our rooms for the unused portion.

The property was dirty, outdated and was mid refurb when we arrived with absolutely no notice, with dark hallways, bear floor boards and no use of the stairs. Rooms had plug sockets hanging off the wall and with no suitable place to charge devices. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, mirror and even hairdryer cable - this will be due to the lack of extractor fan and no window. Extremely disappointing and many health and safety issues and even worse that the hotel won’t help to do anything about it.

La bañera era demasiado alta y a mi abuela le costaba entrar. También la faltaba alguna cortina o una puerta mas larga, se mojaba todo el suelo.

J'aurais apprécié que le wi-fi fonctionne dans les chambres. Il n'était que disponible dans le hall d'entré. Par contre, ce n'a pas été un gros bémol.

Bath was really dirty, room was very tight. Charging ports are not located near the bed. They are on the floor.

A limpeza (estava cheio de pó) quarto minúsculo, wc sem condições, barulho e estava a funcionar com obras! Sem condições para receber clientes; sanita não descarrega água!

Não gostei da internet. O meu quarto era no segundo andar e não pegou o wi-fi.

Hotel muy antiguo e instalaciones muy descuidadas, incluso se nos cayó un pedazo del techo del baño durante nuestra estadía. Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, el baño huele a humedad y no funciona bien, el ruido se transmite desde las áreas comunes y las otras habitaciones, el WiFi no llega a las habitaciones, etc. Por último, el personal es poco atento y solo hablan en francés, no me volvería a quedar ahí por ningún motivo.
