I booked the room for 9 nights. When i went there they said i need a paper from a doctor telling that i dont have corona. So i went again next morning and then they said that the place is closed. So they just took my money and didnt let me in. I checked a couple days later and they were still offering the same room that you cannot get in. So the place is a total rip off! I recommend to stay far away from this one..

Unerwartetes kosten hat uns nicht gefallen, sie haben 1400 baht von uns für wasser und Strom kassiert.

Store skjulte gebyrer på Vand og El da de ikke mener at det er med i prisen. meget beskidt og fyldt med kakerlakker.
Meget provokerende dame som tager imod en, fyldt med nazi tattoos på hendes arme.
Jeg kan kun sige find et andet sted.

Мы очень довольны нашим отдыхом в прекрасном "Гранд Карибен", все отлично и замечательно.
Время пролетело незаметно, накупались вдоволь, ребенок доволен, но вот только на маяк нас не пустили.
Все рядом. Расположение отличное. Нас все устроило.
Хотелось бы в следующий раз оказаться там же.

Prima zwembad, grote kamer en veilige accomodatie.
Geen schoonmaak tussendoor tijdens ons verblijf van 16 nachten, terwijl ze voor de eind schoonmaak de hoofdprijs vragen voor Thaise begrippen.

Needs darkee curtains in bedroom but overall good. Central location to jomtian and pattaya. Pool was excilant for children

スワンナプーム空港行きのバス停が近く、ソンテウを乗りこなせれば、ジョムティエンビーチにもパタヤビーチにも行ける場所がとても良い。
部屋も快適で、ジムやサウナも共用で使えます。
一階にあるカフェ？では、鍵を見せればフリーでコーヒーなど飲めますよ。

I arrived at hotel to find they would not talk to me as I booked it through Hotels.com
I Rang my contact number on booking form but the took 2 hours to turn up with the key
They then demanded over £75 in deposit and cleaning fees, as I didn't have that much in Thai Baht he made me go to currency exchange and change money before he would give me a key, the room was not cleaned or bed linen changed in 3 weeks I was there
He then insulted me by insisting I was gay
I had no key to access the block of condos , this was accessed by a swipe card so sometimes had to wait for another resident to enter or leave to give me access to the condominium block
The room had no black out drapes as was advertised in the hotel description . by 6am the sun was streaming in making it very hard to sleep
Hotels.com have given me a £60 voucher to use on next booking but not sure I will use it

Place is different as each individual owner rents out there own apartment so make sure you have that persons contact details before you get there as in the middle of the night tracking down people is very hard..

A little bit out of town and not near the beach so expect a bit of a bill in taxi fares..

Frasers sports bar is very close by so this was a saving grace for the place..

Pool is always quite cold in temperature for some reason..

마트도 가까워. 제래시장이 근처에 없다. 시설은 좋다. 편하고. 깨끗하다. 수영장도 좋은편이다.

This is a unfinished apartment block with no reception or hotel facilities. Kids play area was a room with broken pieces of old plastic toys. Was charged a unknown service fee on arrival. When I asked what it was for they didn't really know. Had to call a local number and wait 20 minutes to get in to the room. The room was not very clean and had no curtains. So very early in the morning the room was light. Do not expect to get much sleep here as also the work men were drilling and banging in the other unfinished rooms on the floor . would not recommend staying here and would have not stayed if I hadn't already paid expedia in advance

It was an apartment not a Hotel... It was comfortable to be in ..I enjoyed my stay and could get to beach areas very quickly like Jomitan and Pattaya centre was a short ride .

The sales women in front desk aren't very friendly, she bluntly told me to phone number on our booking as she's the owner. We waited 30mins for her to arrive. We booked 2 rooms but we were accommodated in 2 different buildings which wasn't really handy. We were asked to pay for room cleaning but as we get in the room it wasn't even clean! i could see dust, hair and crumbs on the floor. The toilet smells and watermarks on the counter and cigarette butts outside the balcony. It was raining and there was leak from the ceiling in the stairway. The building has many hazards as some are still under construction or renovation. The only thing we like about the hotel is the swimming pool which has a pirate theme where my children enjoyed.

The room was clean, feel safe. But it was unfinished, it was work going on next room and in the corridor, it was quite noisy during the day.

호텔이 아니라 아파트이며 분양받은 주인들이 개별적으로 운영을 하는 곳. 로비에는 리셉션이 있는것이 아니라 분양하는 직원들이 일하는 사무실이며 주인과 통화해서 주인을 기다렸다가 만나서 방을 안내받는 불편함이 있음. 방 하나 거실하나인데 생각보다 좁았음. 그리고 청소비와 리조트 사용비는 별도이니 예약 상세내역을 잘 봐야함.
시내에서 떨어져 있어서 택시나 썽떼우를 이용해야하는 불편함, 그러나 조용함.

리조트가 사진처럼 잘 꾸며져 있어서 기분이 좋았고 미끄럼틀도 몇개가 있어 아이들과 즐거운 시간을 보냈음.
