La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal
La ubicación que está lejos del ruido
Las plantas están un poco descuidadas, no son plantas hornamentales sino silvestres deberían cambiarlas, mantenimiento en general., el jacuzzi estaba frio,.lla tapa del.baño se cae no se mantiene , en fin sano consejo que hagan un mantenimiento en general.

El baño de las habitaciones debería no tener cortinas qué tienen que dar toalla, que este más aseado y limpio la ducha, y si es un espacio pequeño que no se acepten mascotas ya que el olor de las heces de los perros es fuerte y los dueños de los perros no limpian
El trato de la persona q nos recibio, demoro mucho luego demoro en darnos la habitación y nos cambió 2 veces indicándonos q teníamos q cancelar un valor adicional o sino q nos quedaremos en esa habitación q no tenía agua caliente el aire goteaba y no había un tv disponible aparte un fuerte olor a húmedo y a la hora del parqueo el mismo sr no supo indicarnos la entrada al mismo e incluso se molestó cuando se le pidió q sea más explícito en su explicación generando un mal ambiente
Good location near the Tia store and within walking distance of central Montanita. It was also quiet at night.
I went to this location to soak in the hot tub however it wasn't working and wasn't fixed during my stay. No refund was offerred. Breakfast was basic, nothing exceptional.
Close to the main streets. Staff were good, breakfast was good but didn’t start until 8am so we missed out on some.
There were a lot of mosquitoes and other biting bugs in our room so we were badly bitten. The bug spray helped some but should have been sprayed before we got there.
The property is not located where it is shown on the map in Booking! We only stayed for the first night of our three night reservation because the location is not where it is advertised, and location was an important deciding factor of where we wanted to stay. Not sure if this is intentional marketing deception or just a mistake. You can find the correct location in Google Maps.
Excellent place. My vacations was very nice, but the Hotel was a great complement.

The location, not too far from town or too close to hear loud music or people The staff, Tony is a great guy, very helpful and accomodating, shame he wasn't there when we left to give him a good tip.
No furniture to place our clothes in the bedroom, the bathroom also lacked some fittings to place our toiletries or to hang wet towels, the noise at nighttime from the restaurant, swimming pool areas was a bit annoying but you get used to I guess if you stay long enough.
