Ultra luxurious retreat in the most idyllic setting you you could wish for.
Pros:

The attention to detail was incredible. The staff go above and beyond to meet every request. You have your own executive butler who attends to your every need. The meals were incredible and the views are the best in Rio.

Excelente atendimento de todos no hotel, que foram muito alem das expectativas para fazer com que a nossa estadia fosse inesquecível. Vista incrível, comida excepcional, quarto espaço, confortável. Enfim apenas elogios!

O privilégio de acordar diante dos principais cartões postais do mundo

O hotel é uma antiga residência familiar e possui 7 acomodações impecavelmente dispostas de modo a obter uma vista incrível da Baía de Guanabara, além dos morros do Pão de Açúçar, Urca e, na parte de trás, o Corcovado, com o Cristo Redentor de braços abertos sobre a cidade. Cartão Postal. O staff é incrível!!!!! Você é atendidos por mordomos que fazem tudo para seu bem estar. O café da manhã é divino e pode ser servido no deck da piscina, que dá uma vista deslumbrante para o Rio. Participamos do jantar do dia dos namorados e estava tudo perfeito, desde os mimos deixados no quarto, ao serviço no restaurante. Experiência inesquecível!!!!

Cons:

Pequenos detalhes que precisam ser aperfeiçoados. Durante o final da noite e início da manhã, o chuveiro quente não funcionou e estava impossível tomar banho no nosso quarto.
A acomodação é rota dos aviões que pousam no Santos Dumont. Longe de isso ser um incômodo, mas é importante saber que pode gerar algum barulho no início da manhã, com a abertura do aeroporto.
A propriedade é um oásis de proteção no bairro de Santa Teresa, mas é preciso ter cuidado quando o objetivo é explorar a área externa além dos portões de entrada.

Pros:

La vue, la décoration des lieux, la nourriture et la gentillesse du personnel. Extraordinaire !!

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux autour de la Vila, et parfois des avions qui passent. Certains mobiliers devraient être changés ou rénovés!
Sinon tout est parfait !

Wenn man ein Gefühl von privater Atmosphäre sucht ,wenn man einen fantastischen Blick sucht ,wenn man umgeben sein will von unglaublichen nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal und obendrein noch erstklassig essen will mit traumhaften Blick....
dann ist man hier perfekt aufgehoben!!!
Ein ganz großes Kompliment an Jasmine ,die alles in Perfektion organisiert hat ,inclusive Helikopterflug ab Hotel und eine wirklich liebenswerte Frau ist !
Nochmal ,das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich!!!💪
