Loved the location and pool room was not great kept getting locked out was awful
Pros:

The breakfast was good and enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Cons:

Our room keys kept declining. They changed the battery in the door and gave us new keys and they still declined. Felt like we got nowhere with help just kept coming up with excuses.

Pros:

The room was very clean. The hotel was clean and not cluttered. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was hot. Could not get the a/c to cool very well. The front desk staff was somewhat helpful but not to friendly.

Over all I’d definitely re book this place. I like it for a get away from home relax at the beach time and disconnect
Pros:

I love everything about the property. The parking is really convenient with that cross walk to the Hotel. Breakfast was good too. The staff there is very professional and friendly. Kitchen staff does an amazing job… five stars to the kitchen crew.

Cons:

The rooms need to be cleaned better. They look clean but in reality the dust was bad.

Nice stop over going down to South Florida!
Pros:

Location was great! Our room had a balcony over looking the Gulf of America! Walking distance to restaurants and Pier Park!

Close to a lot of attractions! Parking garage with cover won’t weigh to facility! Free breakfast and Bastro bar at night.

The view was perfect! Walking distance to everything.

First room was dirty unfortunately. However, the staff were very quick to switch us rooms and were very sweet and understanding!
