Very disappointing with this Hilton property. For me this meet hampton inn doesn’t meet Hilton standards

Cons:

Hotel needs remodeling asap. Furniture dated and worn
Bed slept horrible need to upgrade beds
Hearing doors slamming and dogs barking all night.

Worse hotel ever

Where to start. From poor management to awful costumer service.. I am a HIlton honor member and I have stay on they fancy hotels and some that are not so fancy but always received great customer service until today .. I checked in our room it was dusty, dirty and stinky.. I called
Front desk they told I need it to way 45 minutes to speak to the manager while on hold I open balcony door smell straight up like weed.
