Everything was good
Property was in a great location with beachfront access and Diego’s next door. The property was clean and staff was kind and helpful. The outdoor beach showers were great. Breakfast was good! Sitting by the pool every morning, with a coffee, was probably my favorite thing.

Location was excellent, the walk to the beach was short. Mrs. Shelly is Excellent her customer service is superb. She was the absolute sweetest. Checkout with different representatives was just as pleasant. You have excellent staff from the housekeeping staff to maintenance..100% a winning team

Everything was nice
The only thing I didn’t like was how I didn’t receive my water for being a member and everyone else did.
The breakfast, the location, the correspondence
Despite having a confirmation of early check in at 3pm, I was given my room near 4.45. When I arrived in the room the bathtub had small hairs all over it (they said earlier that the check in was late because the team was cleaning). When I tried to clean the bathtub, it got clogged and water stood, not draining. They sent someone to fix it, I came back to check and nothing had changed. Sent them a picture and they sent someone up again around 10pm and finally managed to fix it. On Saturday I requested room cleaning and they said I was on scheduled, I asked again around midday and they said to wait till 4pm. I asked again at 4pm and they said they were running behind but will still clean my room that day. No one came. Carpets are so filthy that your feet will turn grey walking on them in. 3 mins

Everything was excellent and the hotel was always clean the room was very comfortable we had plenty of space the staff was very friendly and always helpful!! I would stay there again!! The location was perfect and close to everything and there was lots to do!! I will definitely visit there again!!

The pool was a little dirty but overall we enjoyed it
Cardinal is hands down the best person there! He told us we should’ve called to see about our Diamond Member upgrade (we did and the woman we talked to said it would be a charge to upgrade, which is incorrect.) The next day, Cardinal was off and my fiance spoke to another lady at the front desk and he said she was rude. 3rd day, Cardinal is back and we couldn’t wait to greet him! He’s such a pleasure to talk to and will do anything within his reach to help!
