I had a great time and will be back. The ocean view room is my favorite.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and so was my room. The staff is friendly and the location couldn’t be better. I recommend a room with a ocean view. This was my second time staying here and I will definitely come back.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a little better. Not many options or any fresh fruit. The hot tub could’ve been hotter.

Location was great as well as safe parking from lot to hotel. Breakfast selection and fresh fruit

Was great. But need a credit for the day not used. Would hope someone in management will reach out .

The breakfast provided was very good. Also the location on the beach was perfect for the airshow,and surrounding restaurants.

Cons:

Due to a family emergency at home. We were unexpectedly forced to leave a day earlier than expected. When talking to the front desk clerk she was very short and rude. But assured me a credit would be issued for the day not used. After arriving home to we found out that would not be the case. Even though we checked out way before required checkout time. Making the room available for another guest.Also getting in touch with the correct people to handle this matter was difficult. It really put a damper on our stay.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We stayed here for a week and it was great. Cardinal, at the front desk was a pleasure to see each day. His professional and kindness did not go unnoticed. The view from the balcony was fantastic. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast is a plus. I do highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was conveniently located to Pier Park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn suites on Panama City Beach on the beach we have had the most amazing experience so far!! Ora and Cardinal checked us in and they were amazing. I don’t think we’ve ever been treated so wonderful at a hotel. We cannot wait to come back.We’re down here looking at properties to move from Michigan down here to Panama city and having experience we’ve had so far at this Hampton Inn has been amazing and it makes us want to move down here for sure just knowing that the people are so amazing here. We cannot wait to comeback here and stay bring our family and Friends. By far a 10 star or above hotel staff and a Phenomenal bartender also was amazing. Hotel is very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend coming here to stay with your family or friends.

breakfast good but wish biscuits and gravy was an option/think items need to change some pretty much the same everytime ive stayed there.room was clean and everything worked well/ac was really loud at times maybe needs some servicing.front desk was very friendly and very professional

Very disappointing with this Hilton property. For me this meet hampton inn doesn’t meet Hilton standards
