Everything was great
Where to start. From poor management to awful costumer service.. I am a HIlton honor member and I have stay on they fancy hotels and some that are not so fancy but always received great customer service until today .. I checked in our room it was dusty, dirty and stinky.. I called
Front desk they told I need it to way 45 minutes to speak to the manager while on hold I open balcony door smell straight up like weed.
On the beach…
Very close spot to the beach. The added amenities were a plus for me.
The hotel it’s not clean and pool very dirty, room smell bad and it’s full of dust and hair everywhere
