We had issues, but made the best of it.
Pros:

Lobby area and breakfast was okay!

Cons:

Booking picture showed beach view but room was on opposite side and view was of road with a very dirty window.
First night we kept having trouble with TV.
2nd day we didn't have hot water!

Everything i expect in a hotel. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff.
Pros:

Its proximity to the beach. It was well staffed, nice hot breakfast good selection. The atmosphere. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

I know the weather got in the way but, clean the outer windows especially in the dining area so we could enjoy the view better

Sand, sun and friendly faces!
Pros:

Everything! Right on the beach and near heaps restaurants for dinner. Very comfortable, clean and big room. Lovely check in staff.

Cons:

The free breakfast was nice and they specially made me some scrambled eggs but the rest of the offering was pretty basic.

Lousy room cleaning

Stayed 4 days and not one time was our room cleaned!!! Very disappointed in that

Wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Nice view in main entrance break fast was good

Cons:

I was expecting luxury because its the Hampton, balcony needed cleaning with chairs , bathroom out dated the view was not great I could see the ocean from the side , I paid for sea view and got a partial view , staff wasn’t friendly or went out the way to make sure I enjoyed my stay

Overall delightful but rules need to be inforced.
Pros:

Close to the beach. Staff was amazing. Bar overlooking the pool and beach.

Cons:

People completely disregarded the rules when it came to the pool. Played loud obnoxious music with cuss words and no one said anything.

The location and the view of the beach

Cons:

The ice machine wasn't working on my floor or the one above me. I had to go 2 floors above in order to get ice.
