Pros:

Everything was excellent and the hotel was always clean the room was very comfortable we had plenty of space the staff was very friendly and always helpful!! I would stay there again!! The location was perfect and close to everything and there was lots to do!! I will definitely visit there again!!

Everything was great, thanks to cardinal answering all of our questions and it was a pleasure

Breakfast, the staff (cardinal) was amazing, everything was great

Cardinal is the best!!
Pros:

Cardinal is hands down the best person there! He told us we should’ve called to see about our Diamond Member upgrade (we did and the woman we talked to said it would be a charge to upgrade, which is incorrect.) The next day, Cardinal was off and my fiance spoke to another lady at the front desk and he said she was rude. 3rd day, Cardinal is back and we couldn’t wait to greet him! He’s such a pleasure to talk to and will do anything within his reach to help!

It was pretty good
Pros:

It was an expensive room for not having a view. Overall good experience when it came to the staff and cleanliness of hotel. Unfortunately most of our floor reeked of weed. Typical stays at Hampton are excellent, this was decent.

Staff was great. Great location.
Pros:

Property was nice. Great location!

Cons:

Bathrooms could use a little remodeling. Beds were just a little small. We had issues with our fridge and air upon arrival. The fridge with was replaced quick. The air was checked. We accommodated ourselves with box fans.

Would recommend will be staying there again.
Pros:

Location is great! Really clean, staff members were all friendly.

Cons:

The parking garage is nice and convenient but $20 a night parking isn’t ideal.

The stay was horrible!
Pros:

I did not stay the two nights. I asked to cancel the second night and I was charged
