Bed was very comfortable and clean. The housekeepers were very kind and accommodating.
The pool was shut down and I would not have booked the hotel having 3 kids with me if I knew that prior. It should have been stated somewhere as it looks like it was an ongoing issue and not just a weekend thing.

The attendant at the bistro was snarky and was not flexible. Would not give us a water instead of a juice, would not do iced coffee instead of hot, then we had to specifically ask for a lid for a cup because she was being snarky about the cup of ice.
A bit pricey for one night.
Breakfast should be included for the cost especially when renting a suite. We also booked an additional room and weren't provided with anything extra for free.

This is by far the nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed in and for this level of hotel you won’t find any that are better. The hotel itself is clean and immaculate. Rooms are modern and spacious. All staff we came into contact with were incredibly nice and welcoming from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel is located in a wonderful development with quaint shops, restaurants and bars right outside the door. We were here for a soccer tournament and it is super convenient to all the fields in the area. Short drive into Charlotte for shopping at Southpark Mall. Took us about 15 minutes to get there. We will be back.

The hotel staff steals. We forgot two garment bags that contained two pants suits and clergy robe and a white blouse. They took my husband suit and the pants to my suit. We are from another state. Management did reimburse my husband for his brand new suit, but took off $50. We did not know my pants were missing off the hanger under the jacket until the found belongs came in the mail. A police report has been filed.
Great location! Lots of cute restaurants and shops nearby. I didn't like powdered coffee creamer in the room.
