Formal Complaint
Pros:

Hotels.com I am making a formal complaint to you. You gave an address that we booked that was inaccurate, in a remote village and not anywhere near the train station we intended. After a whole day of frantic calling back to Singapore, trying to get the hotel's location with locals, the actual address is almost 40mins away on a peninsula! See attached Google map shots on both locations. We wasted time and money and our sentiments were ruined. On arrival, the hotel reception was adamant they had nothing to do with the wrong postal code given by you, and no sincere restitution was made. The trip to Wenchang was spoilt. How are you going to compensate us?

評分我會比9分半，服務員能解答我所有問題，還有個印度嘅服務員，十分有趣，房間十分整潔，泳池美麗，環境一流，早餐可接受，本人只入住一晚，後來覺得服務及環境十分滿意，所以續一晚，當晚酒店還送我一個果盤，令我覺得酒店十分細心，如果我再有機會來，我一定會再入住，

Loisteliaat tilat, hyvä asiakaspalvelu, mutta huoneen siivous ei toiminut: samat pölyt lattialla koko viikon ja wc-paperi loppui eikä vuoteita sijattu. Paikka on lomakylä, jossa ei ole mitään turistin kaipaamaa paikallista arkielämää, eikä matkamuistojen ostamispaikkoja. Matkat pitkiä, mutta taksi halpa.

Pros:

Hotel didn't noticed the King Bed room selection but did upgrade us to a seaview room instead. Facility is ok. Location is quite inside the area and you will definitely need a car to go around the area as taxi is not available in Wenchang.
