Pros:

The breakfast group were great, ready to help and keeping the area stocked and clean.

Cons:

The hot water in my bathroom sink never got hot, the shower would.
Their was a three quarter inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, in let a lot of noise in.

Pros:

Room was great! Very clean and there are so many places to put items! Workers were very friendly.

Cons:

In a very congested area. Breakfast was great, but could have had a better selection of fresh fruit- there was only apples.

I’ve stayed on much nicer rooms in significantly lower priced hotels.
Pros:

The location to restaurants was very good, the breakfast was good and the lobby was nice.

Cons:

The hallway carpets were gross, the bathroom corners were dirty, the window blinds were broken and the “stone” window sill was broken in half.

Overall excellent. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and there were many options available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location worked for us.

Cons:

Sleeper sofa mattress was thin and could be a little uncomfortable for kids who are more than about 50-60 pounds.
