Le personnel est très agréable, l’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport et il y a une piscine.

En ce qui concerne la chambre, la literie n’est pas confortable, la climatisation laisse à désirer et il n’y a pas d’eau chaude à chaque douche. Pour ce qui du petit-déjeuner, si vous avez de la chance de séjourner durant le week-end vous aurez le droit à un buffet sinon il vous faudra choisir parmi des menus restreints qui ne proposent ni fruits, ni thé … Et cerise sur le gâteau, l’hôtel taxe les clients 200 pesos s’ils ramènent des la nourriture ou des boissons de l’extérieur.

Proximité avec l’aéroport, un 7-11 juste à côté
La gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel: de la sécurité à la réception

Cons:

Chambre sale, pas d interrupteur dans les chambres il faut débrancher des lampes avec la prise.
Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, très compliquée de se doucher correctement sans mettre de l eau partout.
Petit déjeuner minimaliste (riz, oeuf, saucisse et poulet)

Overall, I am very pleased with the level of accommodation and service provided by the staff.

I really like how the staff engages with guests. They are welcoming, attentive, and accommodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air-conditioning is not cooling effectively, even though we booked an air-conditioned room. That said, the staff has been accommodating and is promptly checking to resolve the concern.

Selah has given us a decent place to stay and going around was easy because of its good location.
Pros:

Location was accessible to many places.The security guards were very helpful. The place allowed us to leave our baggage before and after checkout

Cons:

It was noisy on the last two days of our stay. The water could be hotter. The hotel could have offered a daily clean up of floor and garbage pick up.

Fantastic group accommodation for a very reasonable price
Pros:

Great budget accommodation. Especially for a large group which we were. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating..

Cons:

PowerPoints were all hanging out of the walls. Not only is this dangerous but it meant that none of our devices charged which made our flight home difficult.

Tæt på lufthavnen.

Cons:

Personalet var ikke servicemindede. Der var voldsomt med larm på stedet - en musiker spillede mega højt i restauranten indtil kl 22:00 om aftenen, og udenfor vores værelse med stort glasparti var det placeret legeområde. Det betød at børn der spillede basket ramte vores rude. Vægge og døre var tynde så man kunne høre alle der gik forbi værelset. Morgenmaden var elendig.

On y a dormi un samedi soir. Un karaoke extrêmement fort dans la salle du restaurant nous a empêché de nous reposer et de diner au restaurant. Un karaoke c est bien à condition de régler le son. Là c était insupportable. Du coup on a mangé dans la chambre. Heureusement il n’a pas fini trop tard(22h)
Nous avons voulu réserver le petit déjeuner, les filles à l’accueil nous ont dit qu il y avait uniquement un petit dej philippin mais le lendemain on a découvert un petit dej sous forme de grand buffet à la fois continental et philippin.
La salle de bain était sale.
L’hôtel est loin de l aéroport.

Worst experience ever

Location to family staff helpful

Cons:

No hot water for 3 weeks being there off and on and when asked when it was going to be fixed we got they are working should be up that day told that at least 3 times in the three weeks the other excuse was it was under maintenance. No manager to talk to. We have stayed there many times over the last 15 years or so and this was worst experience. The beds were like sleeping on a rock. And new thing charging for extra blanket charging storing our luggage never had this in past

Manila als Einstieg in die südliche Inselwelt

Das Hotel ist eine kleine tropische Insel (mit urwaldartigem Garten, Vogelkäfigen, Skywalk und Pool) inmitten der Großstadt Manila. Der seichte Pool, stark besucht von einheimischen Familien mit Kindern, hat mir nach Stadtausflügen gut getan. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (sehr preiswert) ist etwa 800 Meter entfernt.

Cons:

Ich habe das philippinische Englisch, runter gerasselte Informationen, oft nicht verstanden, was zu Missverständnissen führte.
