Pros:

The location is fantastic. We loved staying in this neighbourhood in particular. There are many cafes, restaurants and izakayas in the area where the locals go to. The city park by the waterfront is a great place to visit. The hotel itself provides great facilities. The cosmetics are very good quality. The staff was kind and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a comfortable stay and good value for money.
Pros:

It is close to the station, restaurants and convenience shops. It’s just a few minutes walk to these amenities and staff were nice and helpful. 👍🏻

Uneventful.
Pros:

Location is good, Umeda Station is in the walking distance (2 km), 3 metro stations are within 500-900 m radius. Room was clean. They offer tea and coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast was plain. Limited food options, small restaurant. Staff does not speak/speaks only little English. The room was not cleaned daily. There are washing machines, but they operate only with Japanese credit cards, not coins, or foreign cards. Location is good, but since it is business district, there is nothing to do in the evening. All restaurants are far in the Dotombori district (one metro station away).

Pros:

Close to train station and convenience stores

Cons:

Very small rooms
Breakfast was not good at all worst I’ve experience since my 15 day Japan trip
They do not clean your room every day or make up your bed
Only if you stay more than 4 nights do they change your sheets
They only take your rubbish and change your towels but no cleaning not even the bathroom

大満足
Pros:

部屋が清潔、ホテル内も静かで、トイレもお風呂もきれいでした。
場所はビジネス街、けれど地下鉄が近くにあるおかげでとっても静かです。
また、近くにはおしゃれなケーキ屋さん、食事、居酒屋、コンビニがあるので、素泊まりでも十分楽しめます。
スタッフの人も親切で、女性はきれいな人達が出迎えてくれます。

Cons:

駐車場の枠が４台しかないので車で行くのは駐車場を確認しないといけない、空いていないとコインパーキングしかない点。
