Pros:

事前に問い合わせした際や、当日に問い合わせをした際、スタッフの方の対応がとても素晴らしかった。
シャワーの水圧も弱すぎず、快適だった。
ロケーションも行きやすかった。
壁紙は多少年季を感じたが、全体的にとても清潔感があって、快適だった。

Cons:

ホテル自体の問題ではなく、泊まってる方のモラルの問題かも知れないが、23時以降でもバタンバタンと物音が響いていたのが、気になった。

Best discovery of 2026! It’s perfect!
Pros:

Everything!! The location is exceptional for our winter trip. The staff are helpful, courteous and they are always ready to lend a helping hand. The room is enough for a family of 3 and we really appreciate the facilities.

Cons:

Nothing. We will always choose hotel keihan everytime we are in Osaka.

Pros:

*very friendly staff
*has a section where you can grab the amenities you need, to avoid wastage
*has a paid washing machine and dryer
*cosy little manga and TV nook in the lobby
*very close walking distance to 2 metro lines

Cons:

*room was tight with opened suitcases for 2 adults
*walls have a lot of stains, like sauce splashes
*washing machine and dryer a little pricey

Pros:

Very close to transport and staff were lovely

Cons:

The rooms were way too small. 3 single means would mean 3 suitcases however there was absolutely no room for those suitcases. We had to basically store them behind the door which essentially blocked us in. Then we had to put them on the bed each morning to be able to move around the room.
