We loved the hotel and its location! Highly recommended!
Nothing
The staff was really nice and extremely accomodating. When we had a problem with our aircon they were able to get it fixed as fast as possible and offered an extra mattress when we bunked with our other friends who were staying in the hotel.
It's really clean for its price. Very near the beach.
They had a problem with their water heater so we had cold water the whole time.

The staff was nice
Nothing worked.No internet, no hot water, damaged toilet, fridge didn't get cold, aircon was too small so didn't cool the room. No room cleaning without asking for it.
Comfy bed and lovely staff
Not enough storage for clothes..iffy hot water. Bathroom door would jam shut....had to get staff to open it. A horrible long way to carry bags from the road. Road rough and full of workman shouting comments to my 15 year old granddaughter
Our rooms are clean and the hotel is close to the beach and d'mall. Good value for your money.
The staff is exceptional. My son left his ipad and not only did they contact us but they packaged and shipped the device back to us!

The location is in station 2. This part of the beach is waaaaaay too crowded, I would recommend to stay in station 1.
Water from the shower will spill into the room unless you use a towel on the floor to block it.

Dirty mattress outside our accommodation small shower space for a tall person , shower head is too low , lights outside rooms are not well lit hard to open the doors with big key tags , hard to store in pocket
Super close to the beach and everything going on from food to shops to nightlife. The rooms were a decent size and all came with a balcony / outdoor area which is great. The staff was also incredibly helpful, hospitable and accommodating — had an issue with my water heater in my room at the beginning of my stay and they were quick to resolve it even during the hotels busiest time.
Proximity to everything does come with a cost. Being next to all the liveliness of the beach, you will be able to hear all of what’s going on, especially the fish market next door. Living in New York, I’m used to it however I can see where it would be an issue for those looking for quiet.

The room was so dirty! Theres cockroach, washroom were clogged, the fridge smells stinky!
