Séjour agréable à FUKUOKA
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'établissement proche des plages et de l'université.
la taille de la chambre, le coin cuisine et la tranquillité de l'endroit
2 grands lits dans la chambre et une belle literie,
Un balcon mais hélas sans chaise ni table !

Cons:

- Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi l'établissement n'a pas pu me donner une facture
- Tout n'est pas comme indiqué sur la présentation de l'établissement :
. Le canapé lit par exemple, pour les familles, il est impossible de le déplier au vu de la configuration de la pièce (cela ne m'a pas été utile vu que j'étais seul),
. Aucun ustensile, ni vaisselle n'est disponible ! Ils faut les louer (ce n'est pas spécifié dans la description)
. La TV soit disant par câble ou satellite n'a que 4 chaines japonaises ....
. Le Wifi n'est pas stable, n'oubliez pas de désactiver vos données mobiles, sinon vous risquez d'avoir des surprises
Il y avait des travaux, un ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas
Les chambres datent un peu, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant au vu de l'espace
L'absence de chaises et table sur le balcon.

Comfortable stay in Fukuoka
Pros:

Spacious room, great facilities including coin washing which is good for travellers. Buffet breakfast is mix continental and Japanese, but more than enough for us. Nice and friendly staff. Easy to find. Surrounding area has 7-11 and Family Mart. The toilet is super big!!

Cons:

Parking is paid separately and not included for hotel guest (although discounted price given). We booked from booking.com for family with kids, but the hotel said breakfast for kids price is not included and we have to pay additional. Luckily it was only $6 per pax/day for kids.

Pros:

部屋が広かった。キッチンと冷蔵庫があった

Cons:

タオルの追加有料、キッチンはあるが、鍋やカトラリー類有料(1人前1100円)
全体的に設備が古い。オートロックがなく、鍵の掛け方も特殊。臭いなど清潔感がない。カビも目立つ。
ホスピタリティもない。

部屋が広い！福岡タワーも浜も近い！
近くにコンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーあってとても良い。
マンションの一室みたいな感じだから、調理とかもできる！

添い寝ベットがちょっと小さかった！

チェックインがスムーズ。
お部屋が広い。眺めがよい。
アクセスもよい。

Cons:

トイレとお風呂が別々だといい。
ベッドサイドのコンセント不足。
座り心地の良い椅子またはソファーは、人数分は必要。
ソファーベットを使う時に、ゆっくり座れない。
あと、テレビサイズが部屋の広さに比べて小さい。
年をとると画面の文字が読みにくいので、最近なおさら感じる。
