さよこのサーターアンダギー、MAXバリュー
、焼肉MARU、キミ食堂、ゲンキ、全て徒歩10分。立地が最高にイイ、早くから予約すると割引率がスゴく、リピートしたくなる。知ってるホテルではベスト３に入る(僕は石垣島12回目コスパ優先思考)さらに、朝食(追加料金)がフェリーの時間が早いと食べられない😞そんな人なプラカップスムージーが無料提供😊チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも立地がイイと便利❗️
コスパ、立地、清潔感、スタッフ、バランスが良いホテルでした。

Cons:

唯一残念なのは駐車場、立地が良すぎて部屋数より少ない印象、少し離れてもいいから無料駐車場とか無いのかなぁ？(ちゃんと質問してません)オーシャンビューを求める人には向かない。部屋は画像より少し狭い印象、全ては立地が良すぎて土地が無いから仕方ないと思うけど。

ロケーションも良く、快適でした。
Pros:

アップグレードされて、コンドミニアム棟に宿泊出来て、洗濯機が部屋にあり助かりました。あと、毎朝のスムージーも有り難かったです。

Cons:

天井にカビのようなシミがあった事が気になりました。

Superbe! Bien situé, hotel propre et bon équipement! Super accueil. Chambre plutôt spacieuse! Décor moderne. Smoothie offert le matin pour ceux qui n’ont pas le petit déjeuner! Très appréciable!

Generally ok, but extremely basic room decor may not feel ok for everyone.
Pros:

Reasonably comfy, overall good price/value ratio, located close to the port and the airport buses (should be less than 0.5 km), which was quite important. The surrounding area is quiet and residential, although the property is located a bit on the "wrong side" from a major street, the opposite side of which hosts a the most of shops and restaurants - but these are still within an easily walk-able distance though. Friendly and welcoming staff.
The room acceptably comfy, although a bit on the small side even for Japanese standards (during the trip stayed in 5 different hotels, with all of them very similarly priced) - this one probably had the least amount of usable space.

Cons:

The main issue was extreme paucity of interior decor - the walls are simply uncovered concrete blocks. Never have felt claustrophobic, but this kind of interior really made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. Luckily we stayed just a single night here, would be reluctant to stay at them again.

Pros:

キッチンと洗濯機がついているお部屋で快適だった。
5泊6日で、ホテルを拠点に離島めぐりをしたが、離島ターミナルまでも程よい距離感だった。

Cons:

清掃が1回しかいれられなかった。
