Hotel is great but please approach staff for direction - Do not use google maps without consultation
Pros:

The staff are all super helpful before and during our stay. The room is also well maintained and cleaned.
We absolutely loved the common area (huge living rooms that looks like a library).

Cons:

(1) Please do NOT use goggle map if you are staying here. Approach the staff for assistance on the best and safest way to head out and come back. We did not feel entirely comfortable traveling in that area, as the map directed us through back alleys and poorly lit parts of the neighborhood where groups of men were gathered at night, creating an uneasy atmosphere.

(1) We stayed in the duplex suite. I would like to suggest that the hotel put in more well hooks where we can hang clothes/jackets on the first level. It's approaching winter and there is no place to hang out clothes without climbing the stairs up and down.

Very artistic and comfortable
Pros:

Lovely breakfast on top floor, with views over roof tops.
Great location.
Architecturally fantastic renovation of the palazzo. I loved the itting room with the frescoes on wall and the piles of photography books.
