Pros:

goede ligging , prima verzorgd, mooi hotel en kamers.. comfortabel.
Wij komen zeker terug voor de uitgestippelde wandelingen .

Cons:

Met deze warmte miste we wel een ijskastje. We vonden het ontbijt wel prijzig maar goed verzorgd

Great location, not too far from the centre of town but a lovely quiet neighbourhood.
Pros:

The check in process was very smooth, the room was lovely and very clean and comfortable

Pros:

Wir waren in dem Ferienhaus an der Gracht. Tolle Lage (nördliche Altstadt), trotzdem ruhig. Die Treppen sind steil - das sollte einen nicht stören.

Cons:

Im 2. Schlafzimmer wären noch ein Stuhl und ein Nachttisch nett gewesen.

Lovely hotel with character, walking distance to everything
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying in this charming hotel. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel granted my request for a quiet room on an upper floor. Our room had a beautiful peaked wooden ceiling and a view out towards the canal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do in Leiden, and also close to a bus stop that allowed us to get to the train station quickly. A grocery store nearby was convenient for picking up juice, fruit and snacks.

Cons:

The in-room safe requires a reset before you enter the code, which is different than the way most safes operate. I didn't read the instructions carefully and got locked out, but fortunately the staff responded quickly and fixed it.
