Die Lage war gut, und das Haus war in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich

Cons:

Die Matratze vom Bett war ziemlich durch gelegen und nicht besonders komfortabel – ich denken das geht besser und muss nicht sein!

Het personeel ter plaatse verdient een compliment: zij hebben zeer vriendelijk gereageerd en ons uit coulance een ontbijt aangeboden. Dit neemt echter niet weg dat de geboden accommodatie, gezien de misleidende foto’s en de staat van het verblijf, niet in verhouding stond tot de prijs van € 340 per nacht.

Cons:

We hadden met 3 vriendinnen de loft geboekt. Helaas voldeed deze overnachting niet aan de verwachtingen die op basis van de foto’s op Booking.com waren gewekt.
Bij aankomst bleek de sfeer van de loft duidelijk af te wijken van wat de foto’s op de website suggereerden. De ruimte oogde enigszins verwaarloosd, wat niet overeenkwam met de gepresenteerde beelden. Daarnaast deelt de voordeur van de loft het trapgat met het woonhuis ernaast, waardoor er een duidelijke sigarettenlucht in het trapportaal hing.
Als je goed doorklikt op de foto’s van de loft dan zie je wel realistische foto’s van de loft maar als je - net als wij - valt voor de supermooie foto’s van het hotel en de hotelkamers (een prinsessenkamer voor ons gevoel) dan valt de loft enorm tegen. De loft is een bruine kamer, met bruine balken, donkere vloerbedekking, weinig sfeer. En dat voor een prijs van € 340 per nacht.

Very recommendable!
Pros:

Location, the whole atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The standard room had the beds in a mezzanine, access to the bathrooms at night was bit less confortable, going up and down, this was not expected but not big deal either...

We found the room to have a stylish and innovative design. The afternoon front desk staff provided great service, and the breakfast featured quality dishes.

Cons:

This is the first time I have experienced an issue with the hotel payment through Booking.com. I recommend improving the integration and communication between your system and Booking. Additionally, I suggest expanding the front desk hours, as service is currently limited.

Geweldig in service!
Pros:

De locatie, service en ontbijt waren erg goed. Bij aankomst lekker kopje koffie en prettige medewerkers.

Cons:

De prijs voor wat je krijgt vinden wij niet echt in verhouding. Misschien is de locatie zo goed dat ze altijd vol zitten, maar “bij ons in het noorden” mag je voor zulke prijzen we pure luxe verwachten. De airco werkte niet, bij het bed zat op de ene kant een verhoogde topper, andere kant niet. Terras was een trieste bedoening. De kamer was opzich leuk, maar het was geen “boutique” de service was dat wel.
