Nettes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt Leiden, welche sehenswert ist. Das Hotel ist aufgrund gewisser Mängel aber überteuert.
Pros:

- sehr zentral gelegen
- Personal sehr freundlich
- Hunde willkommen
- Einrichtung schick und zweckmäßig
- Kaffee und Tee gratis
- im Apartment gut ausgestattete Küche
- Betten bequem

Cons:

- Preis- Leistung- Verhältnis unangemessen
- Frühstücksbüffet sehr überschaubar, aber teuer
- Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei (sehr steile Treppen, kein Aufzug), hat uns aber nicht beeinträchtigt
- Zimmer zu warm: Fenster zur Gracht hin ließen sich nicht öffnen und Heizung ließ sich nicht runterregeln (lief permanent auf 23,5 Grad Celsius bei 18 Grad Außentemperatur)
- Terrasse unliebsam gestaltet, Wohlfühlfaktor null
- Bad sehr klein, keine Abstellmöglichkeiten, zu wenige Halterungen für Handtücher, Handtücher waren zum Teil fleckig, Silberfischchen in der Dusche
- Parkplatz in einer Garage im Hinterhaus wurde angemietet, dieser ist nur für Kleinwagen geeignet und ebenfalls sehr teuer

Mooi oud pand met een klassieke inrichting. We hadden een zolderverdieping die ruim en schoon was met zicht op de gracht. Erg fraai

Weinig. Ik had alleen beter moeten luisteren naar het hotel waar ik moest parkeren. Nu liep ik 25 min met een trolley door de stad. Top vraag waar je kan parkeren, en schrijf het op

This is, hands down, the best place we’ve ever stayed in the Netherlands.
Pros:

The staff are fantastic! - Friendly, patient, helpful, multilingual and really hospitable.
The facilities are comfortable and clean, and the historical building well appointed and in great condition.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

It was the perfect stay we were greeted by Jade who helped us with some great suggestions and was super sweet to our dog
Pros:

Dog friendly and beautifully decorated with well thought out style. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and located in the heart of town. The receptionists are friendly, thoughtful and very professional.
