Msquare Hotel

Msquare Hotel charged my card twice without authorization. No booking, no stay, no refund - pure fraud. No room, no service, just a bill on your card.

The hotel rooms could be cleaner. The toilets are rickety. with permanent stains.
The outside/restaurant area is clean but the rooms are not the best for the price.

Nice and good

Overall fair stay. The staff are professional.
Main issues are Wi-Fi/no internet and poor network and the bathrooms need work done. Major drainage concerns.

I Booked this hotel on booking.com as refered by triadvisor, I got to the hotel to make payments and I was over charged, I came back to cancel after checking the rooms, I decided to cancel I was told my overcharged amount and the booking was going to be refunded, I have been back and forth with the hotel since then till date they only refunded part of the total I paid making excuses even though the room was sold same night, and I was overcharged. Despite the fact that I sent evidence of the payments.they claim to be fully refundable yet they find it difficult to refund my payment, becareful with this property

Nice place, my only issue is that AC in my room is leaking.

This hotel refused admission till l paid again even though l had my confirmed booking and receipt from Hotels.com. I had to pay another 60,000 naira for a tiny room with a single bed . l had booked a double delux room with breakfast. They are scammers.. I contacted Hotels.com and they tried to contact the hotel but could not get any answer. I have not received any refund up to now from Hotels.com or the hotel. This is theft and totally unacceptable

Staff need to be more friendly, this is my second time of lodging at this hotel. First time was excellent no complaints.

No hot water, room safe is not working

Had a good stay

Was looking for a nice quiet hotel near the airport. This one was recommended. The road approaching the hotel is in a terrible state of disrepair with my taxi being stuck in potholes. It took over 40 minutes to check in considering a reservation had been made. Having do long to wait we asked for water to be told water is available in the room only unless we wanted to buy water, which we did. Room was small and old. Room aervice took over an hour to deluver a sandwich. Only redeeming factor it has good wifi.

Most of the service staff were good, includes security &house keeping. Some of the front desk stsff were good except the lead female was obnoxious, rude and I unfriendly.

This property is really good, minus the bad roads to get there. The breaksfast and facility itself is really good. It's worth every penny, go check them out. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. The staff is friendly and professional as well..

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is very safe. But I was very disappointed that no internet service was available during my entire stay despite the repeated promise to fix the problem.

I like nothing about this hotel that was very dirty. I left after one night and waiting to be reimbursed the 11 other days I paid for

The whole facility needs an upgrade and the service needs to get better especially the guys at the kitchen. I enjoyed having the guy at the bar around cause he has a way of making our stay worthwhile. The lady at the front desk is an asset did a very commendable job to make me stay an extra night after the first days horror. In all I will rate MSquare a 5 over 10.
