Everything was fine except for the woman in the reception who was rather confusing and with no English spoken at all, misunderstandings were made. One such misunderstanding was our hiring of scooter from the firm she suggested where she said that we could return it before check-out but where we were fined for returning it late - and this was one day before check-out. The scooter was also totally empty of gas when we received it and would not start at several occasions – the guys from the scooter firm seemed very uninterested and the woman in our reception kept saying that this was “normal” (or so her phone said using google translate). 2 days we did not get our room cleaned even though we had put out the sign for cleaning and so we were short on toilet-paper and clean towels.

La piscine est toute petite, froide, peu entretenue, la petit déjeuner n'est pas bon et n'est pas diversifié, la propreté en général est à revoir.

Staff wasn't helpful and present at the reception most of the time? Housekeeping wasn't efficient either.

To nie jest hotel, to mieszkanie w bloku, bo obslugi prawie w ogóle nie ma, obsługa prawie nie mówi po angielsku. Dostalismy brudne reczniki, poprosilam o wymianę na czyste, to dostalam 2 zamiast 3. Wszędzie brudno. Przez 6 dni nikt nie posprzątał, sami wynosiliśmy śmieci, prosiliśmy o papier toaletowy. Dramatyczna klimatycja, ma pewnie 30 lat, bardzo glośno pracuje. Daleko do centrum i na plażę, lepiej poszukać czegoś bliżej, bo jest problem z czekaniem na taksówki.

All common areas were very dirty, piles of garbage would sit for a day. When we checked in there was a noxious smell in our room from fumigation. There was a on again off again sewer smell in the bathroom. We had to ask for bath towels, when we got them they were threadbare and full of holes. Dirty pool towels would sit in a basket at the pool for days. There were piles and piles of dirty linen on the floor in the kitchen. There was lot of traffic noise and the AC unit was on the balcony and very noisy. The elevator was particularly dirty. They breakfast was bad and double the price of other restaurants in the area for the same thing. The pool area had one functional lounge chair for the entire hotel. There were 2 others that were broken.

Premettendo che a Krabi come in altri posti di mare in Thailandia, i posti belli belli costano come in Italia, la struttura ha diversi problemi:
- vecchia e non molto pulita
- letto scomodo, lenzuola sporche con macchie ovunque (e per accorgermene io che sono tutt'altroche schizzinoso...), asciugamani (solo 1 x persona) rovinati e strappati
- pulizie solo su richiesta
- posizione molto scomoda lontano da tutto
Sembra un alberghetto di una zona industriale tenuto male

Nie wiem dlaczego w basenie woda cały czas lodowata no i brak śniadań trochę obniża standard ale sam hotel poza tym naprawdę fajny.

Difficult to get taxis to the beach

Aucun équipements de cuisine. Assez sale. Porte de la chambre qui se bloque sans possibilité d’ouvrir car pas de clef.
Rapport qualité prix mauvais. Cher pour l’endroit et pas apprécié le supplément lit bébé conséquent.

La saleté, les essuis abîmés, l’entretien des murs (peinture effritée), interrupteurs cassés, savons de douche, chambres non faites et essuies de bain non remplacées, taches sur les draps de lits, …paquet de cigarettes au dessus des armoires alors qu on ne fume pas. Grille des airs conditionnés non nettoyées.Seche linge rouillé. Assensceur degueulasse
