Fantastic hotel; superior service and great location
An amazing experience from beginning to end. Every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcomed, from the receptionist at check-in to the restaurant staff and everyone I encountered throughout my stay.
The entire concierge team deserves special recognition, especially César. He was incredibly helpful even before I arrived, offering thoughtful recommendations and helping me plan my time in Barcelona. He was also a pleasure to chat with, and his genuine warmth and enthusiasm made the experience feel personal from the very start.
As a solo traveler, I always felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The rooftop pool was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, and the hotel itself struck a great balance between luxury and a relaxed atmosphere. Despite being in such a central location, it felt peaceful and quiet.
What truly sets The One Barcelona apart is the people. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional throughout my stay, and it’s clear that everyone takes pride in making guests feel welcome.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend The One Barcelona to anyone looking for an outstanding hotel experience in Barcelona.

Richard was incredibly helpful in planning our time in Barcelona, particularly with securing and coordinating our Gaudí tickets, and his advice for exploring the Gothic Quarter was excellent. His knowledge of the city and thoughtful recommendations made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you, Richard, for taking such great care of us!
The hotel itself had a wonderful boutique feel and was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, and we had plenty of room for our family of four. We also really appreciated the hotel’s location, which made it a great base for exploring Barcelona. We would happily stay at The One Barcelona again!
We were really happy with our stay here. We picked the hotel because it is a 20 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia which was our primary object on this short third trip to Barcelona. The room was lovely, not huge, but very efficient and the bed was great. The breakfast was delicious and the staff attentive and we enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant food was delicious, on the high end, but nice for special evening and you can eat outside or inside. This was our first time staying here and we will come back.

Our stay at The One Barcelona was exceptional. The vibe, environment, decor, art, service, food and drinks were all top notch. The service in particular was fantastic. Every person we encountered, from the Spa, check in, breakfast, the pool etc was equally helpful and lovely to speak with. The room was very well appointed - all fantastic modern touches like USBC charging at bedside. Amenities were fantastic, the bathroom was enormous for Europe and shower was incredible. There were gorgeous heavy drapes on the windows overlooking the street and then had additional power shades you were able to control from bedside that let light in but helped with privacy. Brilliant touch.
Spa was very fairly priced and a high quality experience. the indoor spa pool is worth staying to hang out in after.
Breakfast was the main food we ate other than a snack and the rooftop pool but breakfast was truly fantastic. They catered to any need or want you had and everything was prompt and well-prepared.
The highlight honestly for us was the rooftop pool. Open until 7p, we layed out there every day and adored it. great loungers and a nice cool pool overlooking the city with views of the water, casa Mila and the Sagrada Familia - what more could you ask for.
Every inch of the space and the experience feels intentional. Loved this hotel - we will definitely recommend to friends and be back.
A totally wonderful hotel that deserves its reputation as being one of the best hotels in Barcelona. Every member of staff that we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The room was superb with the most comfortable bed/pillows/bedding. The breakfast was remarkably good and the food in the roof top bar/restaurant was excellent! The rooftop sun bathing area was small but ultra comfortable and has remarkable views over Barcelona (with Gaudi buildings in each direction!). I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - it is pretty much perfect!
