I loved the place. I would say to definitely include the breakfast in your stay. The location was great for a lot of the things that we did. Not too touristy but definitely a location around great food.

The only thing that could have been better was the size of the rooms although we were only there for sleeping only.

Brilliant hotel- the service here was attentive and friendly. The hotel itself has everything you would like, and it’s probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world.
The central and beautiful location makes luxury shopping and sightseeing a breeze. The housekeeping is excellent, rooms have all the extras you would hope for.
Restaurant is quite nice for breakfast. The roof top bar is incredible.
Nothing has been missed here, don’t miss out on booking The One Barcelona.

Cons:

One of the lifts was out of service (a little slow but a temporary issue), and the room service would have been great to be order online option rather than calling.

Great hotel and excellent staff.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were exceptional and knowledgeable. They advised us to leave much earlier than we planned to get a taxi to the port. Just as well because the traffic was chaotic.
