Pros:

Hotel arranged a guide for us (Kinley) to take us on city tour and tiger nest hike. He was fantastic and would recommend others booking him. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Check in process was lengthy and took too much time with junior staff on shift

Excellent property
Pros:

The rooms very spacious, comfortable. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Food was also good. Location of the hotel was great. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days at the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing much. However a bathtub would have been welcome

Great place for independent travellers
Pros:

Staff were very respectful, location was good to know the city independently, outside terrace has nice views, the room was very big, shower was very good, it was easy to book (opposed to many other hotels in Bhutan) for independent travellers

Cons:

Although the place seemed new, there were some minor annoyances (one curtain not closing adequately/broken)
