Pros:

Great location, and entertainment was good. Nice room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

While waiting for the rain to stop on checking out day i put £1 in the slot machine. I was then confronted by the very rude bar man, who asked if I was a guest in the hotel and to show him proof with my room key card, or buy a drink. I told him I have just checked out and I am going now and because of him I will not be coming back. The way he spoke to me was disgusting, like I was some unsavoury person who had just come in off the street. I am 50 years old, dress smart and well mannered unlike this bar man. I didn’t catch his name but I’m sure the management will be able to work it out from my check out day and time. The whole of my party was disgusted with his attitude.

Pros:

Absolutely lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast was great. Lovely bar area with a good menu choice. Food was lovely. Good room with plenty tea and coffee. Location is so central, spot on.

Everything was good except that it was way to expensive for that small room.
Pros:

The hotel was fresh but the room was so small that it became a problem if you had any suitcases with you.

Cons:

Facilities like a big bar, entertainment and felt fresh.

First stay but look forward to more.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Food was very good. Staff went out of their way to assist you. The entertainment was excellent.

Cons:

Our roomwas on the LG. I had requested a low level room due to our age and mobility. However, the window only looked out into a wall. We had no idea what the weather was like until we surfaced to a higher level. The music from the cabaret room was very loud so we felt we had to stay until it ended as we couldn't sleep. The air con was such that food went cold very quickly.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, hotel was spotless, great location. Not far from winter gardens. Entertainment in the evenings.
