2 nights at the ruskin.
Pros:

Greeted at reception by a lovely lady who told us we had a free room upgrade as my husband uses a powerchair so they put us near a lift. Terry even took us to our room and made sure we had a table at the evening entertainment too. Really great customer service. Room was lovely , spotless and cleaned and replenished even though we left tag on door that we didnt need it. We enjoyed the entertainment and bingo. An older clientèle but we enjoyed this being in our 50s. I have already booked to come back in August with my mum and will try the food next time.

The hotel was clean, staff very happy and helpful and had a nice atmosphere

Cons:

My room was a single on the 3rd floor. Only one plug socket and none by the bed. The bed was pushed against the wall and I kept hitting the wall in the night. Room was very small. Right by the lift so very noisy throughout the night. Not the best night's sleep
