Pros:

Obliging and polite staff! The hotel is within Walking distance from all the amenities, parking was available which was even better! -just perfect!

Good, but I would request a bigger room next time and preferably not in front of the lift.
Pros:

The location was great and the property was clean. Great staff too.

Cons:

Our room was a bit smaller compared to other rooms. Makes it hard when you’ve got two people staying in the room and it definitely wasn’t 12m2.

We were given a free upgrade to a lovely room with a shower bigger than my own at home! Complimentary water + biscuits, fab stay as always staff are so friendly + helpful
Wouldn't stay anywhere else. See you all next time xxx

Highly recommended, we would judge this hotel to be the best in town.
Pros:

Good value, lovely staff and an extremely well run hotel with good entertainment.
Pros:

The staff were all lovely.
The bed was comfy. The room & bathroom were v clean. The shower was good. The food in Roly’s Bar was v good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed the entertainment particularly when there was singing & dancing.
Jordan in Roly’s bar was just great!
Rachel on reception helped me a lot with my worry over the parking. She was lovely.

Cons:

We knew we only had a small twin room. It was ok and the bed was comfy but it could do with upgrading. It did not spoil our stay though.

Pros:

My husband took me for my Birthday. On Arrival there was a bottle of bubbly in a bucket and 2 glasses with Strawberries in them and a Birthday Card.In-between one of the shows everyone sang Happy Birthday to me. Great value, great location,lovely room, value for money, fabulous food, great staff and fabulous entertainment every night.
