Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and rooms were great. Small fridge in room good for keeping bottles of water cold. Air-conditioning was good in rooms too.

Cons:

Staff in the dining hall were rude and not very helpful. You also do not get a free drink with lunch or evening meal. Only breakfast.
Food was very standard.

Pros:

La localización está muy bien, es una tercera línea de playa en llano.
El personal es súper amable y dan un servicio impecable.
La habitación era de buen tamaño y con una terraza que daba a la calle. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y no es muy ruidoso.
Cogimos estancia con desayuno y el buffet está bien (quizás más orientado a desayunos ingleses). El último día comimos también en el buffet y todo estaba muy bueno, había gran variedad.
Había actividades tanto por el día como por la noche, la chica encargada de hacer las actividades en la zona de las piscinas era encantadora.
Dispone de dos piscinas.
Ya que el check out se hace a las 11, el hotel te ofrece servicio de maletero y puedes disfrutar de la piscina. Además luego te dan la opción de darte una ducha y ofrecen toalla y utensilios necesarios. Creo que es un punto muy positivo ya que te permite alargar la estancia un poco más y no tener que abandonar el hotel tan pronto.

Cons:

Aunque descansé bien los colchones podrían ser mejores.
Las televisiones eran antiguas y no disponían de acceso a plataformas.
El parking me parece caro y además no se puede reservar. Toda la manzana es zona azul.
Deberían ampliar el personal que atiende el bar de la terraza. A veces tenías que estar entrando para pedir que salieran a servirte y se formaban pequeñas colas.
Para mi gusto el agua de la piscina estaba caliente.

Great facilities and location perfect for easy walking access to beach, old town and nightlife.

Cons:

Buffet food a bit limited compared with other hotels/ resorts I’ve stayed at, but what was available was fresh, well cooked any tasty.

Vacaciones inolvidables
Pros:

Todo en realidad desde la calidad del personal , las instalaciones, all inclusive fué una de las mejores vacaciones volvería sin dudarlo, fué el cumpleaños de mi hijo y me organizaron una bienvenida de cumpleaños sorpresa en la habitación que fué excelente mi hijo ni se lo esperaba 100% recomendado

Cons:

No, hubo nada que no me gustara en realidad todo fué muy bueno locación, atención, asequible, bien e incluso retrasaron mi vuelo y tenían un maletero que me ofrecieron para no perder el día y seguir paseando volvía y me podía bañar y alistarme fue genial!

La ubicación y la piscina

Cons:

La limpieza, el primer dia según nos dieron la habitación, abrimos la taza del váter la cual estaba con el precinto y nos encontramos una caca dentro. La habitación bastante sucia y pequeña. La comida de quinta gama y precocinada.
