Bella struttura con camere moderne e personale accogliente

Schoon netjes modern
We konden geen gebruik maken van het welness gedeelte binnen ons verblijf. Pas een paar uur voor we arriveerde kregen we bericht dat het niet open zou zijn. Dit was erg balen want hiervoor hadden we het hotel geboekt. Het bad in de wijten die we geboekt hadden was zelfs voor mijn 1,68 te klein. Terwijl je de suite boekt om samen te kunnen genieten en te relaxen. De douche gaf alleen lauw water en de verwarming kon niet uitgezet worden waardoor we niet konden slapen door de warmte. Het raam zit aan de straatkant waardoor er veel lawaai was en het raam was erg groot waardoor er een tocht over het bed ging. Het was echt een teleurstelling helemaal voor de prijs die je betaalde.
Uiteraard dit aangegeven bij het personeel maar hier kregen we alleen verdediging te horen van de klachten.

Bella struttura di nuova costruzione, staff disponibile, stanze pulite, spa piccola funzionale e curata nei dettagli.
Colazione non da 4 stelle, troppa plastica usata per bottiglie e bicchieri del frigo bar e della spa.
Doccia confortevole e ampia, spazi comuni molto carini ed il bar a portata di mano per fare un'ottima colazione.

Very convenient location in Urbania. Parking is easy - they have their own lot on the street behind the hotel. I didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the spa services but it looked lovely.
Stanza pulitissima e confortevole.
Staff gentile e disponibile.
