Hotel Rixhi

Vi hadde et flott opphold på Hotel Rixhi. Beliggenheten var topp, hotellet var rent og pent og servicen var utmerket. Vil absolutt anbefale å bo her.

Veldig koselig lite hotell i umiddelbar nærhet til havet. Butikk i nærheten gjør oppholdet flott.

Consiglio la struttura, stanze pulite, personale gentile e disponibile, parcheggio interno.

Sono stati tutto disponibili! Posto normale in cui dormire e mangiare, giusto per chi vuole un posto pulito senza molti fronzoli

I don’t recommend! We booked it trough the phone with 2 months in advance. We kindly asked if they need money upfront for the 6 rooms to be booked. The lady told us is no need and we can pay at the hotel in the arriving day, also we received trough the email the confirmation . With 2 weeks before our trip, we called the hotel to reconfirm, and we have been told her mother give the rooms , and this is what happens if are you trying to get the rooms cheaper and you are not booking trough booking.com.
It did ruined our holiday , I sincerely do not recommend!

Das Hotel wird von einer Familie betrieben. Alle waren ausserordentlich nett. Sie haben sogar extra für uns Müsli zum Frühstück gemacht. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und das Hotelzimmer hatte alles was man benötigt inklusive Klimaanlage.
Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen und erst noch ein top Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Bra service. Nära till stränder. Kan ge högsta rekommendation.

Amazing family that ownes this hotel, welcomkng and really care for their guest. Very clean- both the rooms and area around. Great food and wifi! They got the sweetest dog as well. Recomended!

One of the family!! WARM. FRIENDLY, CARING.... I arrived VERY early - no problem - the family welcomed me with smiles and made me comfortable while serving me a delicious breakfast while my room was prepared. MOM and DAD do not speak English but the children do. MOM arranged for a driver to take me to the various tourist sites in the area. Their daughter Resilda volunteered to be my tour guide since I do not speak Albanian. I tried to pay her, but she refused. So I took her to lunch. On the day of my departure, MOM sent Resilda with me to the bus station to make sure that I got on the correct bus. Resilda arranged for a cousin to pick me up at the bus station when I arrived that evening in Tirane. I also had to promise that I would call once I was safely in my hotel room that night. I do not know when I will return to Albania, but when I do, I will DEFINATELY head to Hotel Rixhi in Sarande.

Cute place, more of a B&B. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming on check-in and departure. English is somewhat limited, but the son did well. Hotel overall is basic but adequate, and priced accordingly. Mattresses were thin and bathroom was very European with a handheld sprayer in the same small room as the toilet. It's in walking distance of the oceanfront promenade and other sights. Wifi was present but limited signal.

The bathroom looks as a relic of stone ages. no bedlamps, only one ceiling lamp worked well.
A bad hotel.

First visit to Saranda Albania and this family owned and run hotel was brilliant. Comfy, clean room, great AC an essential in July / Aug.

The owners of the are very friendly people. Friendly atmoshere, clean room, tasty and traditional foods, well located and can be easily approached, good prices, shop nearby.
Looking forward going there again.

Very good and cosy hotel near beaches, shops and city center.
Rooms has balconies, with sea-view and back garden view.
Maybe back-yard rooms could be better for sleeping as they're more quiet.
In hotel very nice restaurant Taverna Siciliana with Italian owner who offers seafood and european cousin.

This is a wonderful family run hotel right across from the beach in Saranda. I met the entire family when I checked in and was offered a free welcome drink. The family made sure I had everything I needed at all times. The son, Riji and I practiced his English which was excellent. There is a fully stocked bar serving very inexpensive drinks. Breakfast is included in the rate. Each room has a bathroom, balcony, refrigerator, television and air conditioning. The property has free wifi. They can offer advice on day trips to The Blue Eye, Butrint and other places nearby. I have been traveling for 4 months and this is the first time I have truly felt at home. I intended to stay one night but ended up staying four due to the wonderful family I met here. You will fall in love with their Albanian hospitality. If you are visiting Saranda this is a wonderful place to stay. You won't want to leave!
