The area where it is located is great everything you need and place to shop is very close the day staff was pleasant

First of all the night clerk took about a good. Literally five minutes to help us. She was in the back goofing off as we got and checked into our room. Our bathroom was full of pubic hair and the towels and the shower on the toilet. The water smelled really bad while showering. Cause we had no choice. But to stay there. I called the front desk. Five separate times and let it ring about 30 times each. No one answered to try and see if we can get a different room. We had already paid and it was very late at night to check. In anywhere else. The towels smelled like when you pay the Dog that kind of Dog bath. Water. The refrigerator was not even cold for us to put our drinks in for a few minutes to get cold. Underneath the sheets we found hair. I will not stay there ever again.!!
