Amazing place to stay

Room was very clean but we were on the first floor in building 4 so had to walk up and down 24 stairs with a suitcase and I use a cane so it was very difficult. Unfortunately not realizing we had booked through a third party (Hotels.com) so we could not cancel without paying twice. We thought seeing that the room was on the first floor it would be perfect. The front desk woman was extremely kind and helpful and apologetic. Did not like that breakfast was across the grounds and we would have to use a tray to bring it back to our room. Hotel room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was small. Fireplace was not a fireplace but rather an electric small wood burning stove looking object. Room needed some maintenance.

Nicely updated hotel. Clean. Not noise proof. Nice pool and hot tub. Short walk to downtown.

Northwoods visit. Very nice. Great hot tub. Nice breakfast. Good value.

My wife and I are seniors, we used our room specifically for a nice comfortable place to stay. It worked perfectly for us. Younger guests probably would take interest in other amenities. Quiet and clean.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and seasonally decorated, and in a good location. I would stay here again.

The suite we stayed in was on the lower level with no elevator. We had to go down 3 sets of steps totaling 32 steps. As an older couple it was difficult to bring our luggage and other items down the steps and then back up when leaving. The breakfast was minimal and you had to put on a tray and bring it back to your room. Ridiculous!!!

Room was clean the staff was very pleasant and helpful plenty of parking nice little breakfast very fresh and plenty to eat.

The parking areas are very safe. I didn't visit the gym. I thought the bed was not very comfortable. It was too hard. Pretty location.

Very nice place. Head desk person was amazing.

There was a mistake on their end and when I got there, they informed me that they didn’t have the room and they were switching me to one without the whirlpool. This was the reason I booked at this hotel but, they said because I booked on hotels.com, they couldn’t upgrade me. We went to the room and they called and said they actually could upgrade our room. Back to the lobby we go. The room we got was nice but the hassle was disappointing. Even more so because nobody called me ahead of time to figure it out.

We enjoyed our stay very must, property was well maintained. Only one thing we'd suggest is to put a safety bar for getting out of the tub/ shower. It was a bit dicey

We come every year and love the hotel and the area. The only complaint we've had every single year is the temperature in the rooms. It gets so hot and it doesn't seem like the air works and the small vent coming into the bedroom isn't nearly enough to get the air flowing. Otherwise, we love the place!
