Please note:

- Guests of Prive Thermas Hotel have access to the 03 water parks in the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube (except on days that are closed for maintenance: Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance // Clube Privé: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed from Monday to Wednesday for maintenance // Water Park: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance).

- Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.

- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

- Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodations of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents' travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.

- Meals may be taken at another hotel in the chain, without prior notice, due to causes beyond our control.

- No refunds in case of early check-out.

- Unit cleaning is not being performed during the stay due to Covid.

- Due to Covid, the Saunas, gyms, playrooms and games room are working, but it is necessary to check with the reception the need to schedule for use (consult reception)

Fui para relaxar e comemorar meu aniversário. Pelo custo benefício a tendência é de não retornar.

Um hotel muito decadente e mal cuidado. Grande parte das cadeiras das piscinas estão quebradas.

É um lugar que não vale a pena voltar.

Café da manhã, refeições e o atendimento.

Cons:

Do apto se houve muito barulho da rua.
Apto mal conservado, parede sujas e móveis precisando passar por reformas.
De modo geral, achei as áreas comuns do hotel também mal conservadas.
Por fim, o valor cobrado da refeição é superior ao que está no site de reservas. Só não foi mais desagradável porque as refeições foram boas.

Indiguinação.
Pros:

Gosto da localização, dos clubes.

Cons:

Eu vou a uns 15 anos pra Caldas Novas , mas de uns 3 anos pra cá o Hotel Thermas Prive, caiu muito.
Instalações deteriorada, falta de itens no bar, no restaurante também caiu muito a qualidade das refeições, na área livre, cadeiras e espreguiçadeira a maioria quebradas, manutenção das piscinas.
Diminuíram número de funcionários, os quartos com ponto de mofo, a roupa de banho me deixou em dúvida pois estavam manchadas.

Good but not to four stars
Pros:

Location, cleanliness and staff. By the way, the Staff is extremely friendly.

Cons:

The food wasn't fancy, but it was good enough. There weren't enough decorative chairs near the pools, and the price I paid seemed more than it should have been.
