Please note:

- Guests of Prive Thermas Hotel have access to the 03 water parks in the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube (except on days that are closed for maintenance: Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance // Clube Privé: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed from Monday to Wednesday for maintenance // Water Park: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance).

- Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.

- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

- Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodations of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents' travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.

- Meals may be taken at another hotel in the chain, without prior notice, due to causes beyond our control.

- No refunds in case of early check-out.

- Unit cleaning is not being performed during the stay due to Covid.

- Due to Covid, the Saunas, gyms, playrooms and games room are working, but it is necessary to check with the reception the need to schedule for use (consult reception)

- When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

- The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Pros:

A estrutura e a localização do hotel são boas. Falta uma modernização pelo desgastes do tempo. As piscinas em sua maioria são frias. As cadeiras de piscinas estão, em grande número precisando de manutenção. A limpeza é ok.

Cons:

Serviço caro para a categoria . No café da manhã geralmente faltavam xícaras para o café , como tbm chocolate solúvel para o leite. Alto fluxo de pessoa, bastante funcionários, mas, deixou a desejar

Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa, bem pertinho do centro de Caldas( cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada). O quarto era aconchegante e bem iluminado. As piscinas bem limpinhas e a equipe geral do hotel foi fantástica. Os cafés da manhã e os jantares foram deliciosos com muitas opções de comida no buffet. Fora que é ao lado de dois parques da rede( Water Park e Clube Prive). Recomendo reservar pelo menos três dias.

Um pouco de mofo no no teto do banheiro do quarto.
