Check in needs to wait for 15 minutes as the room is not readily yet at 2.30pm
It is in a convenient location with a mini mall attached. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.
The water flow in the shower area was bad, just a short bath and the area was flooded so you had to stop the shower and wait for the water to recede before you can continue showering. Also, the laundry service is very lacking. Was promised a same day delivery or LATEST next day 11am. But next day 5pm no sign of my laundry. 7pm reminded them, and when I returned to the hotel at 1am, it wasn’t delivered as well. 15 mins later it was delivered and they said they came a few timess but I wasn’t in the room and needed to pay. Since this is a service by the hotel, why they need me to pay at the room? Eventually I paid for it when checking out. Furthermore, the t/shirt and long pants were not iron smoothly. ☹️☹️☹️
Friendly staff who always ready for helping. Very rich breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms. Good view.
Not suitable for pedestrians. Almost no side walks in the area.
