It was a good experience.
It is a pitty the area is not very safe at night.

This is a very rough area particularly at night. The cover photo isn’t actually the hotel. It’s a political building 1/2 mile away. The rooms are college dorm style. Just the basics. Mostly students stay here. It would be wise to stay is a safer area in a nicer hotel.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast could have had a few more healthy options but there was ample volume. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money

We had a good experience with the check in clerk, she went the extra steps to advise us on safety issues in the area, we very much appreciated her extra attention.

Apesar do hotel ser localizado no centro (digo isso pq todo centro é bem característico e caótico) é extremamente bem cuidado, limpo e seguro, tem muita opção de refeições rápidas para ir a pé e fica muito próximo do parque Santa Lúcia, que é muito bonito e agradável, um oásis em meio a cidade.

Clean hotel

Good location to visit Santiago. Nice hotel. Clean and confortable romm. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast need to be improved. Better take a cab if you go back late to the hotel as the surroundings are not very safe.
We had a late flight and got a late check out (8pm) for 30$.

We stayed at this hotel twice, once to explore Santiago and then a brief stop back from Patagonia before heading to the coast. Great value, free basic breakfast, clean hotel, good location to walk to main attractions. Some street noise so recommend ear plugs.

Clean, helpful staff, English speaking, well maintained. If you want a good standard hotel, it’s one.

The location is in the center but not in the main road. A lot of convenient store and restaurant around. The staff are very friend and for anything you need they will assist you like the luggage storage, laundry, taxi, and tours

The hotel is clean and new, and the room and bathroom were also very nice, silent and with good size, however we found that sometimes the water is not warm enough, specially in hours of high use of the showers (night and morning). The breakfast is lovely and the restaurant has quite good food, and the bar has AMAZING drinks. The neighborhood tho is a bit weird and seems not so safe to walk around.

Hotel its good and well located. However, restaurant service aside breakfast its awfull. Not recommended in this case to try to grab lunch or dinner.

The location is good for visiting Santiago, Chile.

It was a good hotel for the price. The location was great and walkable to many attractions. I reserved a king room and received two single beds. The WiFi was horribly slow in the room I needed to use cellphone data. In the lobby, WiFi was fine so maybe it depends on the room. Rooms have a desk but no chair if you need to work...
