Perfect location and typical small hotel
Pros:

Perfect location right in front of East side of Hakata station. standard small Japanese business hotel

Cons:

Cleaning should be done more carefully. Shower coat smells bad and bathroom had some broken tiles

Pros:

駅近でアメニティー豊富で良かったと思います。

Cons:

深夜あたりに廊下で外国の方達の話し声が聞こえて壁が薄い事は残念だと思いました。　
枕元にコンセントがないの残念でした。延長コードはあるけど、口数が少ない。

一人旅にはそこそこありがたい
Pros:

接客は簡潔で丁寧、立地も駅前でコンビニやドラッグストアなどにアクセスがよく、朝食も1階に直通の食事処があって、気軽に楽しめた。

Cons:

壁紙が剥がれている、洗面台にひび割れが目立つ、手軽な値段なこともあって浴槽が小さいなど、仕方ないなと思う点がそこかしこに見受けられた。

Pros:

フロントの方の対応は、とても良かった。

Cons:

喫煙室を予約した、とてもニコチン臭がひどくて眠れなかった。次の日パチンコ屋に一日中いるような臭いに悩まされた。自身は電子タバコ喫煙者。これからの時代、電子タバコ専用ルームがあってもいいのではと感じた。
コンセントが壁から外れて壊れていた、使ってよいのか迷うくらいだった。
