Personale molto disponibile e accogliente. Una bella piscina con SPA.
Nonostante non ci fosse il frigorifero in camera lo staff è stato molto disponibile e ci ha tenuto i formaggi acquistati nel loro frigorifero anche dopo aver fatto il check out.

La TV non era funzionante ma ci è stata data la spiegazione che purtroppo non dipendeva direttamente dal personale della struttura.

DECISAMENTE NEGATIVA LA MIA ESPERIENZA

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata decisamente negativa. Le fotografie pubblicate sul sito fanno pensare a un hotel moderno e recentemente ristrutturato, ma la realtà che ho trovato è stata molto diversa.

Al nostro arrivo ci è stata consegnata la chiave di una camera già occupata. Aprendo la porta ci siamo ritrovati davanti altri clienti. Un episodio che considero molto grave sotto il profilo dell’organizzazione e della privacy.

Tornati alla reception, ci è stato riferito che l’hotel era al completo e ci è stata assegnata una camera diversa da quella prenotata. La stanza era datata, con arredamento molto vecchio, pulizia non all’altezza e persino priva di un comodino su un lato del letto. I materassi erano molto scomodi, il bagno estremamente piccolo, così come la doccia. Inoltre la camera era sprovvista sia di aria condizionata sia di minibar, con un caldo davvero difficile da sopportare.

Avevamo comunicato in anticipo di seguire un’alimentazione vegana. A colazione ci sono stati offerti soltanto alcuni biscotti confezionati e ci è stato proposto perfino del “pollo” vegano fritto o tofu fritto. Francamente mi è sembrata una proposta poco adatta a una colazione e dimostra una scarsa attenzione verso le esigenze alimentari comunicate in fase di prenotazione. Nel frattempo, un ospite riferiva di aver sofferto il caldo tanto che di notte ha chiesto in camera almeno un ventilatore.

Riconosco che, al momento del check-out, la direzione ha avuto la correttezza di riconoscere il problema offrendomi un rimborso di 50 euro, che ho accettato. È stato un gesto apprezzabile, ma a mio avviso non sufficiente a compensare un soggiorno che, per qualità della camera e dei servizi ricevuti, è stato ben al di sotto delle aspettative e del prezzo pagato (circa 160 euro).

Mi auguro che questa recensione possa essere utile sia alla direzione per migliorare il servizio sia ai futuri clienti, affinché sappiano cosa aspettarsi.

Op de kamer 102 was er veel kapot en versleten

Bij het zwembad wat te drinken en eten besteld
D., daarna bleef de bediening om de 20 minuten vragen of we nog meer wilde bestellen, irritant.
