The location is perfect. All staff has been very helpful and always try to solve my problems. The manager, Dinh Bien, is a very good guy who tried to make my comfort. He always supported me when I had a problem. He managed an excellent tour for Ha Long Bay for me.it was fantastic, and at the end of the tour, I forgot my bag in Halong Bay, and he helped me to get my bag. And he made it from 200 km distance.

It was a lovely stay
Pros:

It was worth what we paid for. The location, the staff were both very good. Rooms were clean. Bien and his team were very helpful at all times. From the day of booking itself Bien was helping us sorting out our tours in Hanoi and pretty much with everything.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper the balcony room wouldn’t be ideal for you. Other than that everything else was very good.

Très bien placé chambre grande et lit très confortable balcon

Cons:

Un petit tabouret pour s assoir sur le balcon serait bien! Et je n ai pas non plus aimé le transfert en Mini bus que m a proposé l hôtel pour aller à tam coc 3 changements et de longues attentes au lieu du direct!!!!
