AA great stay at Golden L8ght Hotel
Pros:

Queen Light Hotel is situated roughly in the middle of the Old Quarter, about 15 minutes walk from Hoan Liem Lake and easy reach of most other attractions and hospitality venues.
Bien and his staff are very attentive and friendly.
Bien took me a massage establishment where I probably had the best massage I've had in Vietnam for a long time(I have constant lower back pain,and this did a lot to alleviate it)
My room was really good, big with a huge bed,and they had upgraded me without me putting in a request,and an excellent ensuite. ( Most hotels and guesthouses seem to now have rain showers ,which I really like)

Pros:

Thank you very much to the hotel manager Dinh Bien and staff for their assistance during this trip. It was a very enjoyable journey. The hotel is also located close to the tourist area. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely return to this hotel again next time. 😊

Pros:

It was a good hotel in the middle of the old quarter so great for exploring. The manager was great at helping us book everything last minute which was greatly appreciated! He was fantastic

Cons:

It was very noisy and quite cramped but I think that this is the case in the hotels in the old quarter

Fabulous Place to Stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter, making it easy to go everywhere and explore the city.

A special mention to Bien, the Manager, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience.

Amazing property it looks more expensive than its price I really loved the place and even extended my time there the staff and Ben the manager are very friendly and caring I highly recommend to anyone in Hanoi

Pros:

The location is excellent but mainly, Biên is a wonderful person! He not only made sure we were comfortable but also helped us on multiple occasions and assisted us in booking the Ha Long Bay cruise and Ninh Binh trail

Cons:

The washroom/ bathroom is a bit small but it’s not really a big issue

A special thanks to the manager, Dihn Bien, who was very professional, kind, and always ready to help. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is clean, cozy, and in a great location. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again.
