A lovely stay in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, which makes it very convenient for getting around, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby.

The staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. A special thank you to Mr. Biên and the whole team for their kindness and great service. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

Parfait avec emplacement idéal pour visiter le vieux centre. Chambre moderne, confortable et propre. Personnel très aimable et de bons conseils et aide. Je sais où revenir pour mes prochains voyages à Hanoi en famille. Je recommande vivement !

Hanoi Old Quarter stay
Pros:

Excellent service by Dinh. He hooked up all the tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and they were fantastic. Nice, big, comfortable bed.

Cons:

I wish I could have stayed longer

Pros:

Good location, friendly staff.

Cons:

No window in room, no natural light able to get in. bed was far too soft. Other residents kept banging through the night which kept us awake.
