There was not lift in the property, we didn't know that prior to the booking
One of the rooms we have booked for my family was far away from the resort's facilities, used by a couple with a 2 year old and a baby. In order to go to their room, they used 36 stairs holding their babies in hands along with their bags.
All the above did not helped us to enjoy our holidays.

זכינו לחופשה מושלמת. היינו משפחה של 16 איש במגוון גילאים (חגגנו יום הולדת 80 לאבי) וכולם נהנו מעל ומעבר לציפיות. הצוות של המקום פשוט מקסים ומאיר פנים, עם יחס אישי וחם.
The staff were outstanding and worked tirelessly. The grounds were kept beautifully, the public areas were immaculate. The apartments were generously proportioned and well appointed. The food choices were excellent and different theme every night. Quality and range of drinks was good, despite not being branded. Very comfortable sunbeds and good quality outside towels. Location was great and spoiled for choice for nearby beaches. Good range of shops, bars etc close by.
Very little. Just a few changes would enhance our stay. The apartment needed upgrading but was clean. The bath towels were not the best quality and size. The shower took ages to heat up. Sometimes the food was not as hot as could be and meats were a bit dry. It would have been lovely to see melon, strawberries and other berries available. Disappointed that the pool bar menu was extra. When I go AI I expect to be able to eat at the pool other than just limited snacks.
