Los camareros son muy amables pero muy lentos tardan mucho en venir a la mesa y en servir. La limpieza de la habitación tarda también mucho, un día no limpiaron y otro llegaron a limpiar a la hora de la siesta

I wish I could stay longer
Pros:

Front desk staff were great - especially Victor and Pedro. I had left medication behind in Lisbon and Victor helped me get it sorted out and delivered to the hotel. Lovely grounds - pool and seating area. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Cons:

For once, I had nothing to complain about!
