Pros:

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff dell albergo e del ristorante, sempre attento, cordiale e professionale: ogni pasto è stato un vero piacere, sia per la qualità dei piatti che per la gentilezza con cui siamo stati accolti e seguiti.
Un plauso altrettanto sentito agli inservienti, che con discrezione ed efficienza contribuiscono ogni giorno a mantenere gli ambienti impeccabili e accoglienti, facendoci sentire davvero a nostro agio.
Infine, desideriamo rivolgere un pensiero particolare alla direttrice, per la sua disponibilità, professionalità e per l'evidente cura con cui gestisce la struttura, creando un'atmosfera serena e piacevole per tutti gli ospiti.

Scarsa attenzione al cliente

Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante interno, segnalando fin da subito la presenza di diverse intolleranze alimentari. Proprio per questo motivo abbiamo chiesto, fuori menù, una frittura di pesce, così da evitare problemi legati ai condimenti.

Avevamo specificato chiaramente una frittura senza insalata e con patatine fritte come contorno. Già dall’inizio si è percepita poca attenzione: è arrivata un’entrée che non potevo mangiare, segno evidente di uno scarso ascolto delle esigenze del cliente.

Il piatto principale è poi arrivato con l’insalata, nonostante fosse stato esplicitamente richiesto di non inserirla.

Successivamente abbiamo ordinato 2 Coca Cola, entrambe servite calde. Anche questo dettaglio denota poca cura.

Abbiamo concluso con due dolci, arrivati senza posate dedicate: siamo stati costretti a utilizzare quelle già usate in precedenza.

Queste mancanze potrebbero essere in parte comprensibili in caso di locale pieno, ma i tavoli occupati erano circa quattro, quindi non si può giustificare con il carico di lavoro.

Nell’area piscina siamo stati costretti a restare all’ombra, mentre diverse sdraio risultavano “occupate” da semplici teli lasciati a mo’ di prenotazione.

Dopo circa tre ore abbiamo chiesto al personale del bar se fosse possibile liberare almeno una postazione, ma ci è stato risposto che non potevano rimuovere i teli, ipotizzando che fossero stati lasciati da clienti al mattino che poi sarebbero ritornati.

Una situazione poco corretta, che di fatto impedisce a chi è presente di usufruire del servizio.


Infine, anche il personale dell’hotel che si incontra nei corridoi si dimostra poco cordiale, senza neppure un saluto.

Bardzo mile spędziłam czas,wróciłam wypoczęta.

Śniadania bardzo dobre,duża różnorodność,kawa przepyszna,robiona przez pracownika w profesjonalnym ekspresie.Pieczywo i słodkości wypiekane w hotelu.Położenie hotelu wspaniałe,tuż przy morzu.Leżaki z parasolkami bardzo wygodne.Na plaży można poprosić obsługę o jedzenie lub napoje.Niestety pobyt przez Booking nie gwarantuje bezpłatnych parasoli.

Pros:

Struttura nuova, camere arredate con stile e pulite, le belle immagini del sito corrispondono alla realtà. Ottima qualità del cibo.

Cons:

La gentilezza dello staff è qualcosa su cui si può migliorare. La signora delle pulizie la mattina è venuta a bussarci per chiederci di liberare la camera prima dell'orario di check-out perché lei aveva fretta di rifarla. Al bar della spiaggia la Manager che gestiva il bar faceva commenti poco gradevoli ad alta voce sui camerieri di nazionalità non italiana che stavano lavorando ai tavoli. Sono comportamenti che in un hotel a 4 stelle non ti aspetti e che potrebbero essere evitati.

Super Strand und ganz toller Aussenbereich
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Das Personal im Aussenbereich und auch das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer war schön und der Balkon schön groß.

Cons:

Nach dem ersten Tag entschlossen wir uns, zwei weitere Tage zu bleiben. Leider mussten wir das Zimmer tauschen. Hat alles geklappt. Die Zimmerausstattung war identisch. Jedoch der Balkon wesentlich kleiner und schmutzig. Schlimmer war jedoch, dass das Zimmer an die Partylocation grenzte. Täglich eine Hochzeit mit sehr lauter Musik. Dies wurde uns leider beim Zimmertausch verschwiegen.
