Pros:

Staff were nice

Cons:

I paid £102 for 1 night stay and a queens roam and a large double bed, and when I got there the room was not queen, and the bed was a double! I asked the receptionist about it and she said oh yeah we dont have large double beds, only double
So what am I paying for? Also it is very very bad false advertisemen!!! I am extremely not happy with this, I would like compensation as I paid a large amount for one night! I will write a bad review online if I dont get compensation

Really did like the hotel, but parking & firmness of sofa bed would mean that we would probably stay somewhere else
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, room was very clean. Shower powerful. Only downfall in room was sofa bed is too firm. We like a firm bed my son felt like he was lying on the floor!

Cons:

Really difficult to get a parking space. Confident that spaces were not all occupied by guests - think they are being used by off shore workers. Parked at airport for reduced cost of £6 & only a 10 minute walk away, but I would rather park my car at the hotel I’m staying at.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Parking awful - although the staff were very friendly and helped to accommodate our car. Others were less fortunate. Food choices are limited and only passable.

My family had a good stay.

As don’t accept cash I will think twice whether to stay at this hotel again
Pros:

Chose hotel for location for my work course

Cons:

Hotel dose not accept cash only card payment for bar and food
Could only use the hotel app to see what food was available to eat which I did not like as app did not work which I found unacceptable
I only ate once as food choice poor and not very good plus very expensive
Breakfast was included in the price

Great hotel perfect location for office and airport
Pros:

La proximité avec l'aéroport. Chambres assez lumineuses.

Cons:

Il est recommandé en hôtel familial alors qu'il ne l'est pas. Pas de baby-foot, billard ou jeux...
Restauration commande uniquement par appli, pas de contact avec le personnel.
Qualité moyenne des lits et chambres familiales de très petite taille.

Pros:

The way a member of staff at the check in desk whos name was Mark, kindly organised parking for my child and I. I have disabilities and did not have my parking card, all the parking spaces were taken and I would have struggled having to park away from our accomodation, on producing a document that proved I have disabilties he did not hesitate to help me out and I gained access to a disabled space. After such a long journey, It was a pleasure to meet such a helpful and friendly member of the Hampton reception staff.
