Portia was great
Pros:

Portia on reception was an absolute delight, really helpful, well mannered and happy to help.
She gave me some local knowledge and advice on buses etc. i genuinely think she was especially good and certainly made my stay much better- she deserves a commendation in my opinion.

Rubbish.
Pros:

It was near the airport.

Cons:

Honestly - don’t bother. Too few employees, this hotel thinks they can run a busy hotel with three members of staff and qR codes. Breakfast dismal. Dinner meh. Queues. QR codes and highly questionable service. I’ve stayed in better hostels.

Great value and amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport, complimentary breakfast, excellent price.

Cons:

We were expecting a pull-out couch as a second bed, but our room only had a chair. The internet said that there would be a shuttle to and from the airport, but there wasn’t one.

Worth a booking and I’d use again.
Pros:

It was able to supply a room when I needed it. It had comfortable clean bedding.
Food at dinner was good and breakfast as well.

Cons:

Didn’t dislike anything. It was just functional and was great for a last minute stop over.

Oh, not enough parking when busy. Had to park on the outer road pavement.

Pros:

Working in Aberdeen for a week. When I arrive at the hotel the staff were not friendly. The lack of parking is awful. To then be told that you have to park a 7 min walk away, and pay for it. I know it's not alot but when you are working all day to then have to do this. Wifi is terrible. Was needing to do some work while back at the room but was unable to due to the lack of WiFi. Ended up hotspotting my phone in my van.

Amazing 😃
Pros:

Wow ❤️ The staff were absolutely incredible 😃 they made us feel like royalty!!! My 90 year old mother in law can't wait to return. The room was beautiful. Keep up the great work 👍 👏 xxxxx

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't very hot but the staff made up for it with their outstanding Customer Service 😀

Friendly staff but bring sandwiches
Pros:

While the staff are very friendly the food options are appalling. Two curries, a noodle dish and a pizza. Chips is the alt. It expecting gourmet but come on.

Ligging ten opzichte van het vliegveld is top

Cons:

Kamers worden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt en het parkeren was een drama, personeel regelt verder niks en doen of ze gek zijn

Parking was the worst I've encountered
Pros:

Shocking poor parking availablity and poor breakfast (sloppy scrambled eggs only) nice hotel but the car park is full of oil rig workers cars. It's more of a stop over for riggers rather than the general public
