Pros:

Üç yetişkin için bir oda rezervasyonu yaptım. Bununla birlikte bir çifr kişilik yatak olmasına rağmen, diğer yatak çekyattan oluşturulmuştu. Bu çekyattan oluşturulan yatak çok konforlu değildi. Halbuki bu oda üç yetişkin için uygun olarak veriliyor, ödemeyi de buna göte yaprım. Bunundışımda kahvaltı kalitesi, personelin tutum ve davranışı çom iyiydi.

Helaas was het uitklapbed niet geschikt voor een volwassene. Kregen een andere kamer met uitklapbed, maar deze stonk afschuwelijk naar rook. Weer een andere kamer deze stonk minder maar fijn was anders.

Bir gece kaldım ve çok memnun ayrıldım. Oda hem konforlu hem de sessizdi, üstelik tertemizdi. Çalışanlar son derece nazik ve güleryüzlüydü, her isteğim eksiksiz şekilde yerine getirildi. Kalite olarak şimdiye kadar kaldığım diğer Hampton otellerinden daha iyiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Otelde oda konforu,temizliği iyiydi. Akşam yemeğini otel restoranında yediğimiz için çok memnunuz çünkü servis ve yemek lezzeti başarılıydı. Fiyatlar ise dışarıdan farklı değil.
Lobby alanı oldukça ferah. Turların ve bireysel gelen müşterilerin aynı katlarda olmaması sayesinde karmaşa ve gürültü olmayan bir ortam yaratılmış.

Maalesef nevresini değişmemiş sigara kokan odayı verdiler. Uyardığımda odaya nevresim koyup gitmişlerdi, tekrar aradığımda temizlik yapan görevlinin memnuniyetsizliği ile değiştirdiler. Kahvaltı çok zayıftı, bu kadar yoğun bir otelde nasıl kuru peynir ve kurumuş ekmek servis edebildiklerini anlamadım.

Pros:

The hotels was open but inside we had feeling it’s close. Restaurant works only specific hours. Servise accept reception was terrible. Dirty plates, glasses and over all. Room not clean dusty.
Need allot of work and improvement in hospitality.
