I didn’t like the breakfast. I got a bit nine went downstairs. There was nothing to drink. The egg. Omelettes were hard bacon pieces. I didn’t see any other food very disappointed.

For the second week in a row, I booked a hotel with this chain. Last week, we were handed a key and entered a room where someone was already inside. We walked in on them watching TV. This week I was alone. I was handed the key and I walked in ot a room that was either in use or had not been cleaned. The bed was not made, the ironboard and iron were out, and there were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. I returned to the desk, and with the help of the very nice lady working the desk, we were able to get me into another room. It took nearly an hour to get to that point, and much of it, I was concerned that I would need to find another hotel due to no staff there able to clean the room. They also said that there are no hotels with open rooms in the surrounding area. At one point, the woman at the desk, who was the only employee in the entire building, had offered to clean the room. I was so tired I considered helping her if that was what had to be done. I would not have an issue with this if the hotel were, say, half the cost, but I paid a premium to stay here to get a good night's rest. If it was just the one time, either this week or last, I would not leave this comment, but two weeks in a row. Someone needs to know.

Great hotel and stay.

It was fine, but the room wasnt very clean (we found tooth brush in the room).

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Outside seating looked upgraded and new.

The food in the breakfast area was appetizing, well-presented and well maintained throughout the service.

Loved the suite especially the balcony!

The staff was great and our room was clean, beds comfortable and best of all the breakfast was fresh and hot!

I would absolutely return to this hotel.

Entry tile broken. Bar only open on Wednesday nights. AC unit in my room didn't work and kept me up all night.

My husband and I had wonderful, relaxing four-night stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Bed, WiFi, and shower pressure were all great. But what stood out the most about this Homewood Suites was the breakfast with multiple options and the hard-working kitchen staff employee, Chris. In my 66 years, it’s the first time I have asked an employee their name — he was that impressive. Kudos to team player Chris and his admirable work ethic AND well done, Homewood Suites!

Extremely disappointed. Have stayed here the past two years and everything was fine. He price has gone up and the service quality has gone down. We stayed for two nights. Spent the second day away from the hotel and returned at 8:30 the second night. Room hadn’t been touched beds unmade, dishes in the sink, no new coffee pods, cups glasses- dirty towels still in a pile in the bathtub where they had been left in the morning.

Called front desk and asked what had happened. She asked if I had requested the room be made up. I said no. Since when do I have to ask that my room be made up. Said if I don’t ask the don’t clean. Should have told me new rules when I Checked. She gave me two towels and wash cloths and said that was the best she could.

My response is: there are other choices. Won’t stay here, or at this chain again.

No apology, no offer to discount the second night because we were staying in dirty room. No nothing.
