Overall great except for the issues with breakfast.
Pros:

Convenient location. The suite layout was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast staff was apparently having issues on July 11. It was well past 7:30 before much of food was brought out. The eggs were cold.

I thought the room and the property was very good value. I would definitely recommend it.

I thought the property was very conveniently located the lobby and our room was very clean

Cons:

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I was in a handicap accessible room, and there were two things that I mentioned to the staff at the front desk, who are very kind the soap and the shampoo was on the back wall, and when a person is sitting on the bench in the rolling shower, they can’t reach behind them to get the soap in the shampoo that was one item the second item the bar in the bathroom by the toilet was a little loose, which is very scary for a person that needs to use that for support.

A very nice place to stay.
Pros:

I don’t normally stay at Hilton‘s but the location for this one is great for my needs. The staff here is very friendly, and the are also very friendly. It’s just a great resource. I must say again the front desk staff is very helpful and professional and staying here a great experience.

Pros:

Very clean hotel. Friendly workers. King room with kitchen has very noisy refrigerator with other noises from nearby ice machine in the hallway. Great value for room. Breakfast was okay- great waffles and eggs but the coffee not great and the oatmeal was watery. Location was perfect to meet family.

The room was clean and staff was good just disappointed in the breakfast
Pros:

I didn’t like the breakfast. I got a bit nine went downstairs. There was nothing to drink. The egg. Omelettes were hard bacon pieces. I didn’t see any other food very disappointed.

Cons:

Their breakfast could’ve been better. Everything was empty when I got there at 9 AM nothing to drink

Once I got into a room it was fine.
Pros:

For the second week in a row, I booked a hotel with this chain. Last week, we were handed a key and entered a room where someone was already inside. We walked in on them watching TV. This week I was alone. I was handed the key and I walked in ot a room that was either in use or had not been cleaned. The bed was not made, the ironboard and iron were out, and there were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. I returned to the desk, and with the help of the very nice lady working the desk, we were able to get me into another room. It took nearly an hour to get to that point, and much of it, I was concerned that I would need to find another hotel due to no staff there able to clean the room. They also said that there are no hotels with open rooms in the surrounding area. At one point, the woman at the desk, who was the only employee in the entire building, had offered to clean the room. I was so tired I considered helping her if that was what had to be done. I would not have an issue with this if the hotel were, say, half the cost, but I paid a premium to stay here to get a good night's rest. If it was just the one time, either this week or last, I would not leave this comment, but two weeks in a row. Someone needs to know.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned. It was the last one, and for better than 30 minutes, I wasn't sure I would be able to stay the night here. The next 30 minutes we spent figuring out if we would clean the room, and finally, a call came in, and a different room was allocated to me. Not what I am paying a premium for when I book a room with this chain.
